Great stay with a good warm shower and wifi. I could get a room early because I was arriving early, really good service.

Quiet rooms, great internet, and really nice hosts. Also water is quite hot just the curtain sometimes folds into you. We had to buzz in and out which I felt was a bit of an annoyance because I didn’t want to constantly come in and out then. But great for safety and all of that.

The hosts are warm, welcoming and always helpful. The place is close to the center and we could park our motorcycles securely on the premises. Our room was spacious and bright. Good Breakfast - overall good value for money.

This hostel exceeded my expectations. It is like a hostel in the price but with private rooms and more quiet. The host was very helpful and kind. Bathroom was clean and shower was hot and good pressure. They even helped store my bag when I travelled to Machu Picchu. Would recommend.

The owners Coco and Anna Maria were super friendly and helpful during my one night stay. They allowed me to leave my big luggage in storage for a couple of days which was very much appreciated. The location is good and room was clean and spacious. Overall, i was really happy about my stay.

In general the experience was good, the overall place keeps the time essence, my unique recommendation is that they can make a better maintenance to the location. Again isn’t about cleaning, it’s about maintenance. Also I need to highlight Coco, amazing person and his hospitality was awesome.

Perfect hotel to stay, extremely safe as the doors are locked at all times. Coco is always readily available to open the gate. His wife is also a very sweet woman always with a smile on her face & willing to help. Bed is comfy and clean as are the showers. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Come see Coco!

The room was okay, and sheets were clean, but there were no headboards, where the pillow sank in between the bed and the wall. They don't provide you with the main door key. To get in and out, host (husband and wife) has to literally come out to the door and lock/unlock to get in/out of the building. Basically, you can't get in/out without them. You must drop off your room key before leaving the motel. They rent a bath towel for 9.5 sol PER DAY, which is $2.71/€2.4 per day!!!!! Feels like you are being watched. I don't know why this place has such high rating.

The wifi is bad. It only worked if one was max half a meter from the room’s door. Shower was ok, but you can’t take a shower without wetting all your hair.

Coco and Anna are extremely nice and work hard to ensure guests have a great stay! Clean, quiet, good wifi, hot shower with great water pressure! Kitchen and dining area to use. It's not clear in the booking but you pay extra if you want a towel and soap. Not bad though considering the price.

Coco & Anna are wonderful people who really helped me during our stay at El Tuco when my husband became ill. The location is good, a short walk from the historic centre. Breakfast is nice ? Shower is very hot! New pillows needed and a head board for the bed as the pillows keep falling down the back of the bed.

Spacious room with a comfy bed and a hot shower. Parking was included—highly recommended for motorcycle travelers. Fresh breakfast cooked at the time you choose daily. As has been mentioned, the hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful; it's clear that hosting travelers in their restored mansion and helping visitors have the experiences they want in Peru is a calling to them.

My second visit,still the same friendly hotel at a great price but now coco has opened a bar in the basement where you can enjoy a Pisco sour or 2!!!

Shower with very hot water, internet very fast, comfortable bed. Sounds basic stuff but a lot of budget hotels cannot even provide them well. Location is not close to Plaza de Armas. But that's good thing for those who don't want to eat in expensive touristic restaurants. Owners are precise and helpful people. Nothing.

The sweetest hosts, felt secure, great location about 10-15 min walk to anywhere we needed, amazing amazing hot shower with good pressure, overall well worth the stay
