Loved our time here - Urpi at reception was so helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms
-
Customer service was excellent None

Our room didn’t have a window (and we didn’t know this before) -felt hard to breathe. Location is in strange spot.
-
Clean, and nice location. Didn’t offer or have any drinking water in our rooms.
-
Very welcoming staff and clean facilities Only draw back was that our room didn’t have a bathroom door, it was open concept which wasn’t ideal.
-
Spacious room, comfortable, nice shower and toilet area. Nice breakfast options (you can choose from a small menu). They even have an oxygen cylinder in case someone experiences difficulties due to altitude. -

We got there late and had to leave on the train to Macchu Picchu early the next morning. The place was beautiful! We wished we could have spent more time there. The staff had a bag of food for breakfast for us, which was so nice!
-
Room was huge and had a windowed in private balcony with an incredible view of Cusco! Breakfast was also included and made fresh for you every day. The location was a bit to be desired; you are about a 15min walk from the main square in Cusco, but a fairly close walk to the San Pedro market which is a must do
-
Location it's not bad at all but street is narrow so big bus can't pass and we had to walk.
-
Breakfast was superb, clean room, altitude adjustment help with coca tea and oxygen tank if needed
-
Amazing breakfast, comfortable room, helpful staff, quiet and peaceful Location is a bit out of the way but still walkable

Comfortable beds, excellent hot shower and delicious breakfast with lots of options. The staff were very friendly and they provided a boxed breakfast for our 4am departure to Machu Pichhu. The rooms could have been warmer. The temps can get down to 8C and they have a heater and big comforters but I did find it still quite chilly. However we live in a warm climate so it is all relative.

Room exactly as described, breakfast was ok, and the personal was lovely. Thank you!

The room was comfortable , clean and quiet. Close to the city centre and attractions, an easy 10 minute walk to the main square. The staff, including Dina at the front desk and the lovely woman who made breakfast, were so nice and friendly. The included breakfast was awesome, with two options freshly made and variety of hot and cold drinks. They also had coca tea and other teas available as well as oxygen to help with the altitude. Great value for a really great place to stay. Nothing!

I loved this hotel so much. Jheni (I hope I remember the name right), the receptionist/manager was super accommodating. I loved her communication. The place served one of the nicest breakfast we had the whole tour, try their Parfett. Overall fantastic as it was slightly away from the bustle but 2 min Uber ride from the centre that only costed 5 PENs. Nothing except the most corner room had poor wifi but I didnt mind some downtime from the internet.

Breakfast and location was very good It was good. I liked everything

This location was very private and safe. We loved the selection of breads, fresh fruit, and juices for breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Thank you Gladys and your staff for accommodating us by making our stay a very memorable one!

The staff was friendly We got placed in the Main floor. It was stuffy and had no heat at night when they promised us there would be heat at 9pm. Also after our first night, a notice was put up saying that they were fumigating the entire hotel. Which led us to think, bed bugs. Literally 3 days after checking out from the hotel my husband had started showing signs on his body of bed bugs bites all over his body

Very comfortable bed and very delicious breakfast. Staff although not always present at front desk were very responsive via WhatsApp at anytime of day There were many stairs and no elevators and the rooms were in two different sections. My 80year old mother was having a difficult time acclimating and climbing stairs made it even more difficult. Breakfast was a la carte and you could only pick two items. Very delicious but limited to two items. Too far from central square at least 15 minute walk.
