Quaint, friendly staff, good location, Peruvian decor, good value for the money. Only one power outlet in the room; would be nice to have a kettle or access to coffee before 7am.
-
Cute courtyard. Decent location, not too far from the plaza. Good value. Harassing front desk staff (at check in). Bad attitude. Not helpful with room or bags. Not flexible with kids.

Very atmosferic hotel with helpful and Friendly staff. Amazing breakfast opportunities: by far the best of our 4-Month trip through South America. Perfect Location.

Charming hotel in the heart of Cusco (although we were at the Meloc location). The room was perfect for our family. Loved relaxing in the courtyard with the fountain. It felt safe with the entrance and front desk monitored. The custom murals in each room and attention to detail with cozy blankets and heater show they really care. We would book again for sure. Absolutely loved that this is a non profit set up to support local children. Coffee maker or kettle in the room (or courtyard) would have been lovely. The beds were a bit hard, so a foam topper would make it more comfortable.

A quaint refuge in bustling Cuzco. The communal courtyard was a lovely place to take breakfast or relax. Restaurant served delicious food all day at reasonable prices. Great central and safe location. Friendly accommodating staff and the hotel serves a very worthy cause. Nothing

The staff was very friendly. The general space and the rooms were very cosy. We had dinner in the restaurant of the other ninos hotel and we can defenitely recomand eating there. It is a bit out of the center, but it is only 10 minutes by foot. The neighborhood is safe. The rooms are clean and spacious, the shower was not always extremely hot but OK. The staff was very friendly. We would stay here again.

The personnel was very nice and helpful and the room is very beautifully decorated. Quite pricey for the location (not far from the centre but the area is not particularly nice) and the light in the room was not great, it was difficult to see anything.

Lovely decor and great breakfast Had a leak in the bedroom ceiling but staff were very responsive and gave me a different room in minutes and complementary breakfast

Exceptional

It's very centrally located. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were always someone at the reception for 24hrs. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated. We loved the bathtub so much! The bed was really comfortable as well. The street outside was quite noisy. There was a window right above the bed, and it gets bright from 6am. It's recommended to wear ear plugs and eye shades while sleeping.

I booked this room for my family member. The room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. It gets cold at night, but the staff gave us a heater, so it was all good. There was no window facing outside; one at the ceiling and two facing inside this building. If you'd like real windows, better to book the rooms with balconies. Also breakfast isn't included took 30-40 min to prepare. I personally thought it'd be more efficient to make it a buffet than a la carte.

Superb

We booked 4 nights. The first two nights we got a poor room, ask to move and for the next two nights we got another room with a problem in the sower. We had to close the water and had no water during the night. We needed to stay extra day and the staff were not helpful. The only thing good about this place is the paintings on the wall

The courtyard was lovely. Lots of space to relax. The rooms were beautiful.

Comfortable room, great service. We needed to do laundry while there and they took care of everything for us.

Staff was so friendly and helpful especially setting up taxis. Food was excellent!!
-
Nicely decorated rooms and ambients. Good breakfast but as extra. Super friendly staff. No restaurant available or bar during day and night. Breakfast starts at 7am, which is a little late if you take tours.
-
I did not have breakfast st the hotel, the location was good. The receptionist was very humble and welcoming and communicated very well. There was nothing not to like about the hotel except for the lack of sunshine in the room.
-
Friendly staff, cozy restaurant and convenient location. Rooms are very dark and cold. Only light into room is through windows that lead on the common deck and opening the shutters to let in light results in no privacy.

We stayed at the Niños Hotel Meloc due to renovations. It was a very cosy place with a great location - walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. They had a restaurant with a cosy fireplace where we could heat up. They also had massages available - which was absolutely wonderful after all of our hikes during the trip! It was very cold at night in the rooms, but we were provided with a small heater.
