The rooms didn't have windows. The property had a cat witch me and my mom are allergic too. I didn't see dust but it must be somewhere. In one of the rooms there was no hot water in the shower.

courtyard in the centre was cute, and a nice space, loved the cute house cat ! Clean, simple, comfy room, hot shower. I liked the cozy wool or alpaca blankets! The shower drain did not drain well, and I was standing in water pretty much immediately in the shower bathroom floor got chilly, just had to wear socks or slippers

Cute little hotel in Cusco. Everything is clean and quite. The room was at a good temperature, however the bathroom was rather cold, hot water was not really there. Keep in mind that happens often in this area.

Nothing Terrible, not like the pictures at all. Dirty and aweful service the guy working at night was extremely disrespectful.

Nothing Everything. No places to charge phone and laptop. The Place is very dark and old. The breakfast place was always closed. No hot water. Very noisy. Very thin walls you could hear everything from the other rooms
-
There were no windows and breakfast not included. Bathroom would benefit a brush up. All rooms prospicent to an internal court, sense of closure

It was a nice, cosy place and warm.

The staff were friendly and accommodated my late check in. The room was very clean and cozy. A great place to rest and adjust to the altitude. On arrival, I awoke in the night with a terrible headache. Complimentary tea was available and water for purchase at a reasonable price on site. I met other travelers in the central sitting area that was bright and comfortable. The location was awesome. Everything you would need was within two blocks. This was great because I didn’t feel up too much walking the first day. I felt very safe.

The bed was comfortable and the WiFi was fast. The water shut off altogether for 25 minutes - apparently this was a city-wide issue during May but they could’ve warned us ahead of time.

The reviews I’d read before coming make me very excited to stay here. I think it would have been better if I’d come in blind. Now I paid £17 a night and if you consider that then it’s good value however the reviews on booking in my opinion oversold the hotel. It’s fine for the money. A few good points: The comunal courtyard is a nice touch The breakfast and the breakfast lady was fantastic and the breakfast was great value for 20 soles. They sell water on site which is also great. The tv in the room is great and the wifi works (sort of). The duvets on the bed are comfy. The shower was lovely and hot. The rooms are cold and there’s no direct light into the room. All the windows face into a comunal courtyard. The WiFi can drop out frequently but it didn’t affect my zoom calls too much. The beds OKAY definitely not amazing as suggested in some of the other reviews.

Since I left before breakfast hours, I got a takeaway breakfast too. It was so nice that I could storage my luggage there when for two days when I went to Machu Picchu and they accepted credit card payments without an extra service charge.

Beds were comfy. Courtyard was pleasant. Breakfast cook was super awesome. I would return just for her breakfast! Noise from music school next door was fine for an hour. But hour after hour it was nerve jangling. Towels were very thin.

The location was super Unfriendly staff, on the second day the toilet was not clean, in fact, it looked like someone else used it.

I arrived unwell after a trek and the staff we great in being flexible with my check in time. Not feeling well and having a comfy bed with ensuite at an affordable price was exactly what I needed. Located in the centre of town it is not the quietest area but nothing a pair of ear plugs can't fix. Also had help arranging a taxi to get to the airport in time for my flight when checking out.
