The entrance is a little bit derty and not welkoming.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is only 200m from Central Plaza a bit uphill but quiet and tourist friendly. One can get all the shops within 50m from the hotel. Hotel has very comfortable lobby to take rest and acclimatize. They offer unlimited bananas, Coca tea, Coffee for the guest. Staff are very cordial and arranged currency exchange for us. Cleaning was good. Arranged packed breakfast for us. The rooms are very small and without a window. Inhouse dining and fooding option was less.

Nice service!

We booked a total of eight hotels for our 18-day Peru trip. Most of them charged the exact price shown on Booking.com when we paid by credit card. However, this was the only hotel that added an extra 5% fee for credit card payments. I highly recommend preparing some cash to pay for your stay here. Make sure to read the messages from the hotel when booking, as they do mention this policy. On a positive note, it is a wonderful hotel that provides 24-hour free coffee, tea, and fresh fruits!

Close to the plaza center.

Location. Although the rooms facing to the street are very noisy, or at least mine Everything. The staff is great

Unfortunately, the soundproofing was poor. We could clearly hear everything happening in the neighboring room, which affected our comfort and privacy. The common area was also very close to the rooms, and noise from that area could be heard easily, making it difficult to fully relax.

Centrally located. A couple blocks away from plaza de armas. Several restaurants to eat nearby. We found socks and paper under bed from previous guest.

Excelent value for money. Location is superb, very near of the Plaza de Armas.

Good location for pick up point for day trips not far from plaza de armas. Comfy bed. Coca tea and coffee etc available 24 hrs and fresh fruit. They gave us a packed lunch to take with us as we were leaving at 4:30am for Humantay lake. Friendly and helpful staff All windows in rooms were in side the building hotel and cars kept running engines downstairs in the foyer so the exhaust fumes came into the room and couldn’t breathe or keep window open. I went there with Booking's discounted price, but the person at the counter said it wouldn't be discounted and that we could only stay at the price he quoted. It was the first time I had witnessed this. I definitely have a negative opinion. When you make a reservation through Booking, there is a possibility that you will not be accepted. Be aware of this when making your reservation.

Center location, hot shower (does take a while but it gets hot), clean, nice breakfast Street noise and the blinds aren’t enough to cover the outside light (5AM and we were already up)

All was good except that you need to take into consideration that you can hear your neighbours in the bathroom

Confident location and quiet The staff was friendly

Central location Staff weren’t particularly helpful or friendly. The working staff were friendly, but seemed to need to run all decisions past the manager. Despite being 2 m away - the manager never came to speak to us to address issues directly - requiring a lot of back and forth with the reception staff. The manager seemed profit-oriented. Lacked the warmth and helpfulness we experienced elsewhere in Cusco.

Location and good value for money. The room was comfy, clean and quiet. They packed some food for us the day we left early in the morning. All was fine, it’s just an old fashioned building with basic amenities.
