Great location, great staff, nothing to complain! The rooms were a little too cold!!!!!! No heating!

Despite the frustrations at the check in, the staff tred to help carry our luggage. Location is few minutes to the Central Park, restaurants and attractions. The room given to us was NOT the room I booked as in the photo. The bed was without headboard. The room was at the top floor, no elevator, and given the high elevation, I was grasping my breath and climb slowly to reach the room. Heater not working well. The room was given to the last minute booking that apparently, Booking.com made. We were promised to be transferred in the room I booked, the following day. But that did not happen. Another excuse was the jacuzzi was broken. Although we stayed only to sleep because the busy schedule, it was frustrating at some point.

Attentive and amiable staff, great retrofit design of the premises, quiet but close to Plaza del Armas, bed comfortable, excellent breakfast The hot water takes a long time, with a lot of wasted water.

Perfect location, walking distance to everything

TV didn't work. The hotel is between two niteclubs, the music can be a bit annoying.

The breakfast was very good delicious and warm, the staff was very friendly, the beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast Hotel cat defecated in pot plants & jumped up on tables during breakfast to lick cheese and eat meat. Bed was sagging, rooms were freezing, smell of rancid oil, noisy nightclub below, sometimes to after 4am. We were locked out of the building for over 3 hrs one day and they don’t give you the key. Kelly became an extremely rude staff member, threatening to call the police when there was a payment mix up. We provided some receipts, no apology. Horrible person who should not be in hospitality.

The jacuzzi didn't work gave us the wrong room even though we showed the booking the went of there picture when we finally got them to understand they gave us another wrong room because the rented out the room we booked and reserved through this platform. The money we paid was not worth the room and service we got and I will not be staying with them again. The breakfast room is outside in Cusco so was freezing cold with no heaters

The property was beautifully decorated and blended in wonderfully with the town of Cusco. I love this place and Cusco. It was my second time in Cusco and I am so glad we stayed at this hotel. The staff were sweet and attentive, the hot tub was powerful, lol, and the interior was so cute. Breakfast was quick and delicious. The only reason I don’t give it a 10, and am only giving it a 9, is because, while the hotel is very centric, it is located on a dimly lit tiny street with very little foot traffic. If you plan to be in your hotel room before dark, this shouldn’t be a problem. My wife and I, two women, were kind of sketched out coming home at 2am- which is in us- but more of an FYI.

The owner is super nice and helps you with everything you need. I mean literally ANYTHING. It was really cosy and the bathroom was modern and clean. Also the breakfast (which was included) was fantastic, it was the best we had so far in a hotel in Peru! We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing.

Staff were so helpful and amazing. If we had any issues they addressed immediately. My son was sick and they were checking on him and us and even brought him breakfast to the room. Caty, the front desk person was the sweetest! Was a bit cold but showers were warm. Initial room had some issues with wet floor but they immediately changed it for us.

The hotel was excelent with great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms with plenty of space and clean. I highly recommend Cusco Boutique Hotel for travelers seeking a comfortable hotel in Cusco near the city center and great price.

the views over the city There is a nightclub right next door which plays pounding music from early afternoon until 4am! I stayed on a Tuesday night. Apparently the club is open daily. The noise was unbearable and made it impossible to sleep until it stopped at 4! unfortunately, as many people who stay in Cusco, I had a tour booked which meant I had to wake up at 6, so not a good nights rest. Needless to say I checked out at first light. In addition to this the room lacked some basics - there were no hangers, the blankets on the bed were grimey, there was no bath mat, no shampoo and the jacuzzi bath was Luke warm and the bubbles didn’t work!

You are 200 metres from noisy centre. We had room in older part of the hotel with door to the yard and with possibility to spend evenings on the terrace. Nice! I don´t understand why they offer breakfasts - 1pc of salami and 1pc cheese and a little of jam. Not so good and tasty. Cold water in thermos (for coffee) and really cold room. In this case is better - NO Breakfasts. Nice hotel, good place ... this breakfast will make the impression worse
