The infrastructure and personnel Little far from the center square
-
Super well located! Just a couple minutes walk to town square so away from the noise. Good breakfast with fruits, eggs, bread, cheese. Beds are comfy. Staff is friendly. The room didnt have any windows so it felt a bit stuffy in it. It kind a had a “used to be a smoking room back in the day” smell.

Wonderful place that felt super luxurious but was extremely affordable. Room was stylish and well-kept, and staff was helpful and friendly. The shower was amazing - consistently hot and with great water pressure. Location is right on the edge of everything you want to see in Cusco without being in the heart of a noisy area. Breakfast was a little lackluster compared to the quality of the room, location and overall design of the hotel.

All Nope

Although the hotel provide 2 bottles of water, it would be nice if they could provide a filter station or sell bottle water.

The room was huge, with high ceiling The manager was nice 1) We were mistreated by a lady from the reception. We just wanted to drink coffee (breakfast was included in our stay) and she told us we couldnt get anything from the breakfast ,since we got our breakfast boxes, which were very simple just a bottle of water , a sandwich and an apple. 2) Things were not being replaced in the room, like creams and toilet paper 3) No kettle in the room, so you cant drink anything warm when you get to your room 4) No minibar in the room 5) No bathrobe , even though the pictures show them 5) price is expensive for what you get , it is the double from the other hotels next door

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional! The service truly stands out. The staff is incredibly kind, communicative, and always willing to help. Any issues that came up were handled quickly and professionally, always offering great alternatives to ensure our comfort. They were always available at the front desk to guide us with recommendations and tips for our tours, which made exploring the area so much easier. You can tell they genuinely care about providing the best experience for their guests. Highly recommended!

Our room showed the signs of the age of the building. The floor was sagging a bit in places and the carpet needs replacing. The street noise was a bit disruptive.

Tierra Viva Saphi felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect—close to everything but still peaceful. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and full of charm. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location was the best part. It was right in downtown Cusco while not right in the middle of it. The place had a sweet quaintnesses about it and rooms were traditional design with all the required comforts. The place was clean and their breakfast was perfect in every way. The staff and their smiling and helpful attitude were what actually made a difference. They were helpful all the way and made hot water to drink every time we needed it. Really sweet staff. Lastly, the value for money aspect was just perfect. They could have provided a coffee maker in the room

All rooms face a Patio, very quiet despite busy road outside. Exceptionally friendly reception and breakfast staff. 5 mins walk to Plaza de Armas.

Excellent buffet breakfast with fresh fruit, fruit juices, cereals, different yogurts, freshly baked breads and eggs cooked to order. Spacious and airy rooms with super comfortable beds. Early check in when we arrived at crack of dawn on an overnight bus. Free upgrade to a suite on the last night, just what we needed to spread things out to pack and then relax with a hot bath. A few blocks from the Plaza de Armas, close enough for an easy walk, but far from the noise, hustle and bustle. Outstanding staff, always ready to help with whatever we needed!

The property was at a perfect location with perfect pricing and had wonderful staff who made us feel special. The Hotel had the right location in that it was walkable from the Town square while away from the bustling crowd and traffic. It also was a pick up location for all the tour operators helping us depart on time. The staff there were absolutely courteous and helpful with good knowledge of English and local requirements. They were ready to help at any time of the day or night with complete support for an extremely early breakfast which was a help for the 4 AM departures. The rooms were very cosy and functional with almost all the amenities that one needed. The Breakfast had a wonderful spread which was not opulent but meeting that special choices of everyone. The chef made wonderful choice of omelettes. Last but not the least, their pick up and drop offers were so very reasonable and they did not take a cut. The lobby and central garden were unique and art work beautifully minimalist. Thanks everyone I think they could keep a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee when needed.
