I love the location, the décor, breakfast variety and ultimately the staff behavior. Staff was very helpful and compassionate when my tour guide forgot to pick me up one morning for a day long tour and another incident when hotel wi-fi wasn't working on my phone. Front desk lady Patrycja and others talked with the technician for 45mins to resolve my problem. They were unable to resolve the issue but I know they tried their best. Nothing

The hotel is located within a 10 minute walk from the city centre. The room was small but quiet, cosy, and comfortable! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a restaurant that serves food and drinks till the night. There is also a vending stall from where you can grab some snacks, water, etc. The room and common area were very well decorated and with lots of nooks if you want to spend the day reading the book in the sun. There is a garden that was well-maintained and welcoming!

Reasonable standard hostel, clean and comfortable. Not the usual Selina standard, breakfast was poor, buffet rather than al a carte as in other Selina hostels, lacked options and most items were not available by 9am. Hostel lacked good communal areas and any sense of atmosphere.

The staff: Jeffrey, David and Wilbert are really nice and kind, they will assist and help you with whatever you need. Something else that I really like from this Selina was the nice garden and the shared kitchen. Nothing

Rooms are clean and everyday cleaned. 15min walk from plaza de armas uphill I stayed in selina arequipa also. The quality of this one is not so good. The rooms and bathroom were outdated. Also reception was not so welcoming
