Nice hotel with decent breakfast. Location is close to town so not far to walk! Easy to get picked up for your tours Quite cold, our radiator didn’t work so we were provided a space heater which was ok. The shower was quite bad, very hot or very cold, didn’t stay consistent which is hard after a long day walking!

Liked nearly every thing about the property. It’s at the edge of the tourist developed area but it was fine. We had a room with 2 beds. The tv was so large and e tended beyond the walkway. We had to be mindful of it or we would have smacked our head. They offered us an upgrade but we chose to stay in this room. We just had to be careful.

A charming small.hotel 10 minutes walk from the cebtre of old Cusco. Small room but very comfortable and a good buffet breakfast. We stayed at the sister hotel San Augustin El Dorado but found Mamasara much quieter and more relaxing It was only 10.minutes from the centre but not a partucularly pleasant walk as the hotel.is close to a taxi and minibus depot

Great location.. away from the crowds yet a short walk away from all you want… hot showers warm room staff friendly and want to help Bit noisy early in the morning ad people head off for yours or check in late as everything echoes people walking downtairs and talking

We really enjoyed our (short) stay here. My husband let them know it was our honeymoon and the staff were so sweet, they prepared a special suprise in the room for us <3 they also prepared a breakfast box to go when we had to leave early for our tour. Big thank you especially to Jamira! --

The door to my room wouldn't lock. The room they then moved us to smelled like gas when we woke up.

Hard to find the location. On a dirt road that was under construction. No lighting at night on the road so it was uncomfortable walking back from town all alone. Lots of drinking in the courtyard on my second night.

Great location, 10 minutes walk to the main plaza. Excellent stuff, very spacious and clean rooms. Good breakfast.

After I received my confirmation from booking, a few hours later the Hotel staff texted me saying that they didn't have a room for me ,that it was a mistake, so I didn't have a place to stay that night and it was hard trying to book a new room ,very unprofessional!
