It’s a very nice hotel three long blocks from Plaza de Armas. The staff were nice and accommodating, especially Mar who took care of me when I got really sick. She was extremely helpful and very empathetic. I’m so grateful she was there! There was also a delicious breakfast; fresh delicious fruits, ham and cheese, and delicious bread. For an extra fee, you can order an omelette or scrambled eggs. Unfortunately, I am a light sleeper and could hear all the dogs barking the whole night long. The reception staff tried to accommodate me but it did not work out.

Value for money. The staff were very nice and accommodating. They try hard to communicate with me as I don’t speak Spanish. They prepare breakfast box for me because I had to leave early to go to Aguas Calientes. They are very responsive in message. Place is near to Plaza de Armas and theres a lot of nearby market and restaurant.

They allowed us to upgrade to a better room, but charged for both the room we upgraded to and the original room; although both rooms were quite inexpensive with the booking.com discounts. Also, the curtain on the room facing the street was not dark enough to keep out much of the light from the bright street lights at night.

Definitely a “inexpensive” alternative.

Nice hostal, private bathrooms, great staff. Rooms are very well lit, some noice.

Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Facilities are clean, breakfast is continental style with fresh fruit and fresh bread Unfortunately, We had terrible allergies at the property as it is an older building. Bring a sleeping mask as the rooms have plenty of natural light.

Breakfast could be more varied. The wifi was unstable.

I only had 1 day in Cusco and I had a rental car. Cusco parking is very limited it seems, and they had let me park the car right outside the hotel which was great since then I could walk around town for a few hours.

Friendly staff . Stylish accommodation I had the curtains drawn all day because the window looked out onto a corridor and I had no privacy.

The rooms were really nice and very clean. The hosts are super nice and really helpful. We could leave our luggage there for a few days when we were on a trek. It is very close to the center and a safe area.

Amazing for the price! There small heaters in the room which are essential for cold Cusco nights if you don’t like cold that much. Plenty of hot water and a decent breakfast. Ten minutes walk to plaza de armas away from the noise. Nothing

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Many thanks to Miguel who was super hospitable and made me feel like home! He offered me a nice tea and gave me a lot of useful information about Cusco! They also helped me to call taxi to go to the airport, because you can't use Uber in Cusco. The hotel is nice, cosy and clean, I felt very comfortable. They had a decent hot water, warm blankets and even an electric heater in the room, which was really good, because Cusco in June is rather cold at night. They gave me a hair dryer and prepared some take-away breakfast because I had to leave for the tour at 4 am. Miguel even walked with me a little bit, so make sure that everything is fine! They can also show you around a city - the day I was leaving they were going out with some tourists to the Inti Raymi festival. I stayed for 2 nights and would definitely like to stay more!
