Conquista Cusco

Primitive rooms. Front door of the hotel was annoying.

Literally the worst stay ever. I do not know what other rooms look like, but the 303 that we got, is just a dark cold hole without windows. No light, no fresh air. We had to open the entry door during the night to get some air. The bathroom is definitely too small for 4 pers room. This space could be nothing more than the storage. Placing people there is humiliating. Congrats to the photographer who made the room pictures.

The bathroom is a bit old and small.

The staff were very nice, the breakfast is basic but good for gaining energy before early hikes, they arranged the bed and emptied the trash in the room every day. The bed was comfortable. The room didn't have a window outisde so sometimes it was a bit suffocating, but nothing dramatic.

Good

Everybody enjoyed this place. It's centrally located with lovely staff that is attentive and sets up breakfast for you. The building is quaint, comfortable, clean, and you couldn't beat the price. There may be other places with larger rooms and more amenities (make sure to bring shampoo and such and an int'l charger), but the shower was very warm (only use the hot) and we enjoyed the old world charm.

Good location Really horrid dark brown paintwork, looked like it had last been decorated in World War 2, ghastly view from the window over run down sheds / slums round the back, dirty, uncomfortable beds, really seedy feel

The staff were so nice & the location is good. It seems that most places here have simple a breakfast but these guys will happily fry up an egg for you. My bed was wall-to-wall with the street, so there was a lot of noise (almost) all hours of the day. There was a bit of an odour coming from the bathroom, but I think that’s just the plumbing system in all of Cusco!

Close to city centre and a spacious room for a family of 4 people. The staff is really helpfull and breakfast is freshly made.

Bath water not hot enough to my taste.

We were upgraded to an apartment and everything is complete. We were able to cook our own food. And the location is very near from the plaza and center. Everything is walking distance. The staff are very welcoming and hospitable. Everything is as it is in the photos. There is no heater in the bedroom. So it is freezing cold but that is fine. I was able to manage with their blankets.

Perfect location. Close to the main square. Quite. Helpful staff. Good value for money. Hold our luggage for a couple of days. Shower drain is clogged.

The location was good close to the main square Staff had minimal english speaking skills. There was too much light in the room. The beds weren't comfortable, and the bathroom sink was very small. Water was cold, and there was no heating in the room.

A good hotel, conveniently located for the centre of town. Very helpful staff who looked after our bags for a week while we were trekking. Very good breakfast

Exceptional

The hotel was quite allright. Nothing outstanding, but fullfilled my needs very well. The people working there was helpful and welcoming. The rooms where not the most exciting, but they where clean and tidy.
