The hotel staff was so friendly, it was a pretty good location (view over the whole city), and the food they served was delicious! There was nothing to mention in a negative way

Amazing service. Big rooms, comfortable beds, big windows with outstanding views of Cusco city and the mountains beyond. Tasty breakfast.. The plumbing definitely needs a look. I had to call the reception everytime I wanted to have a shower since the water pressure was non existent but it was fixed as soon as I called , so I guess it's a question of switching on the pressure pump on demand. Once in the middle of the shower the hot water stopped and I had to complete the shower in freezing cold water.
