I can't think of anything.

It was overall dirty and the bathroom really needed to be cleaned. The shower was not hot (only got to 22°), did not drain, and was covered in dirt and hair.

The only female staff who literally takes on the most responsibility; the male literally leave everything up to her. The breakfast, coffee and bread with butter and jam Everything. Its like a frat house; the kitchen smells below left all my items smelling like food. My first night, my assigned bed was used and dirty; the 2nd night, 3 of the 6 guests decided that 2am was the right time to turn on the main lights and talk in full volume and bc the other 3 guests were women, just fully disrespected everyones right to sleep; they insulted the women when we said to please hush, we are sleeping and the staff decided to protect them, while they made the rest of the women feel unsafe. If you want to enter, your at the mercy of a doorbell but if the fifa game was on, no one would answer the door to enter. They only change sheets but not the duvet covers. Breakfast is very simple. Bathroom; never any toilet paper and shower garbage was left for days. Very dirty, very exhausting; the room window doesnt open so the smell of stale BO is heavy.

The atmosphere was very relaxing

Comfortable stay in a good neighborhood. Hot water and pressure worked fine. Nice rooftop terrace. They have tours and trips you can book in the lobby. They are renovating, so there was some construction noise.

This hostel is more like staying in a home of a good friend. The staff are very kind and hospitable and it's just a comfortable place to stay. The price for a shared dorm is excellent considering all the tourism in Cuzco. Highly recommend!

The people who worked there were very nice It needs some improvements and to be cleaned and is about 30 mins from the main square

The staff was nice The place doesn't look like the pictures, it's an old damaged building that needs a lot of maintenance, the kitchen and bathroom are flirty, the shower installation is even dangerous and no toilet paper at all. There was no security even for the girls room, the door has no lock and they don't even provide keys, we got robbed and informed the staff that the lockers were forced but they didn't do anything. I felt unsafe during my stay at the hostel and around the area, if you are a solo traveler or a girl avoid this hostel. It was such a pity cause at least the guys from reception were nice but the place is terrible and dangerous.

Price, hot water. The facilities are basic and worn. Wouldn't recommend this place unless no other option. I book another stay after the first night.

Nice simple breakfast, you get what you pay for. The staff were cool I went out for a bit of exploration with two of the on site staff and yea. I also had a small issue which was handled very professionally and quickly so I'm happy with that. The shower is a trick to use if you want hot water. You have to have the handle turned just a little bit so you can hear the shower head making noise and then it will be hot. Not a massive issue however.

Great location, ready supply of coca for altitude and super helpful staff. I had to change my reservation due to complications with my Machu Picchu trip and the staff were very accommodating of my situation, letting me check out late and even letting me kill time in the lounge until my new bus departure time and still let me use the washing machine.

Exceptional

They allowed me to check in early due to a night trip, which was very nice of them. The whole place isn't like the pictures shown. The bathroom and room were very dirty, I even saw how the guy "cleaned" and at that moment I decided to change the date and leave the next day. There's no shared kitchen, you need to ask permission to the owner to use it. There's no one at the reception to speak to most of the time. No hot water no toilet roll in the bathroom.

I had a room for myself this time, and it was much better, as it had its own bathroom too.

Very good

Good location, fair price, nice personnel and hot water showers

This is a great place to stay in Cuzco, calm and cheap. 15min walking from the heart of the historic center and close from everything at the same time. There's everything you need, kitchen well equipped to cook your own dishes. Many spaces to chill, the terrace is nice. They offer a wide variety of tours for interesting prices. And personnel is very kind and helpful. Thank you!

Friendly staff. Good location. Alfredo is always helping you with directions and offering you better prices compare to other agencies when it comes to the tours. Thank you for everything.
