Clean and comfortable. Sandro was an exceptional host. The other staff was not always around. In 2 separate occasions I came back at 4:30 to return to my room and the front door was locked. One time the staff person came to the door and unlocked it after seemingly being confused, the other time nobody came to the door after repeatedly knocking and calling the front desk on the phone with no answer. I had to just leave and come back later. Also on the busiest roundabout in Cuzco so no chance of sleeping.

Good location Sandro makes good eggs and he is very polite The breakfast is really the minimum Although Sandro makes nice eggs The beds were comfortable. The pillows are very small. The blankets are very good to keep us warm at night. When we arrived the room I booked was taken because they oversold. We were given a small room with no windows. The second night we were moved to a better room but still not the one I wanted. And they charged us full even though they said we were going to get a better rate for the problem.

In a central location with easy walking to points of interest. It overlooked a square but with secondary glazing there was no noise. Large room with comfortable beds and good duvets. Buffet breakfast was vg. Hot water occasionally cut out but once reported it seemed to be an easy fix and hot water was instant

Best Wi-Fi by far. Bed was comfy and room was extremely clean. We felt very safe in Cusco but regardless, the front door was always locked. Early checkout time, 9 am

Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water. Great location. Friendly staff. The room was too big and rhe heater wasn't big enough to keep it warm. Thank God we had plentybof blankets, but they were so heavy!

Good location 2 blocks from the main square. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Comfortable room, cleaning every day. The room was a bit cold.

The smell in the room (my guess is sewer gas) is unpleasant. The room is windowless except for poorly covered skylight. Wifi a little weak at times. The breakfast is dreadful.

The staff extremely helpful. Location close to centre and Quoricancha 2 blocks away. Internet great. Breakfast buffet better than in other hotels. Lots of hot water. Clean room. Beds very comfortable with memory foam pillows. Cannot fault.

The location was surrounded by bunch of restaurants and cafes. It’s also just walking distance to main plaza. I was worried about the amenities to keep me warm during stay but they provided everything we needed. The double blanket (one with alpaca’s fur I believe), free portable heater, and well working water heater. The staffs are also helpful, they prepared us our breakfast at 4am before our excursion.
