Nice location. Would be pretty and enjoyable if it was warmer outside. Nice simple breakfast with youghurt, fruit and eggs. Super cold in the rooms and especially the bathroom. The towels all need to be changed since they have holes and rifts in them. The breakfast area is basically outside so it's quite cold in the morning in June. There is no sound isolation from reception to rooms.

The staff are beautiful humans, attentive and kind. Breakfast is delicious and made with love. Location in San Blas is perfect. Outside courtyard is magical.

The staff are very friendly and created little takeaway bags with fruit, quinoa bars, chocolate, crackers and water for us to have on our way out to a VERY early excursion. (2am - 5am) That was ABSOLUTELY needed and I couldn't be more grateful. The shower was INCREDIBLE. The water pressure was nice and the heated water was very welcomed when we had cooler evenings. The bed was also uniquely comfortable and felt like a big warm hug. Overall, this place is well worth the money and is truly a wonderful place to stay! I was under the impression that we would have our own mini fridge, hot tea, coffee maker, etc. that are usually found in many hotels. We were in a king sized private room with our own bathroom and although everything was clean, we simply thought that we would have those items available in our room. This place feels more like a hostel than a hotel, it was quite cold as we were on the bottom floor and it didn't appear to have any heating elements. We could hear the guests above us walking back and forth each night and packing/unpacking suitcases when new guests arrived. It is also on a very small walking street, cars are not accessible on this street so if you are planning on meeting with tours, you'll have to walk to a nearby location where cars can arrive. It's also close to city center but is not necessarily right in the very middle of it all. You'll need to be comfortable walking about 5-15 minutes to reach the central square and other historical/cultural landmarks in this area.

Shower had mildew, outlets didnt work. One worked but barely.

Overall, the room was fine, but there was some renovation work done in the bathroom, it left a very strong and unpleasant smell. On top of that, the window in the room was covered with a plastic film, and it was done quite poorly, which made the room less comfortable.

Rooms were extremely cute, wonderful breakfast provided with fresh fruit, yoghurt, grains, bread, egg, avocado, cheese, etc. Staff were helpful and provided us hair dryers and an additional heater when we asked, as well as arranged to store our additional bags for 4 days while we were gone hiking.

Location, friendly staff, cleanliness, delicious breakfast, spacious room N/a

Due to our arrival and departure schedules we literally only stayed here for 6 hours, but in that time, we interacted with a couple of staff and they were helpful, including helping us get laundry done. Our 2-bed room was small, but clean with nice sheets, blankets and towels.

It’s big and beautiful incorporated in nature. Loved it!

It was pretty lovely. I loved the King Superior room from our first night but sadly it was booked for the rest of our stay. I loved everything but the breakfast could be more…

I enjoyed the breakfast and the friendly staff. Excellent location.

Central location, easy walk from main attractions Instant hot shower Very large comfortable bed Room was rather warm for Cusco standards - or perhaps it was a warm night Large, spacious room No access by car - you have to carry your suitcase the last 100-150m as the street is cobbled so you can’t really wheel it. Not really clean - I found other people’s hairs on the pillow, on the bed cover and even between the sheets, and lots more on the floor. When I spilled something on the floor and went to wipe it, the tissue came off very dirty and full of hair, meaning the floor hadn’t been mopped at all. Receptionist not so friendly, appeared to have more like a “take it or leave it” attitude, but maybe it’s the language barrier: my Spanish is basic and he didn’t speak English.

Great location, friendly staff. The ladies during the breakfast were always very helpful. Thank you. For tall people beds might be a bit short.
