Nothing Check out at 9 is ridiculous, air conditioning made sound by night, rooms are not sound proof, and bathroom smelled like sewage.

I liked the location and the staff were great and accommodating - food was great too! The rooms with windows into the hotel were very noisy- could always hear people very easily and especially early in the morning by the dinning room was so loud with all the dishes going out to prep for breakfast or even dinner too.

It was conveniently located closer to the airport. Nice and open lobby with warm welcoming staffs. The fact that their laundry service wasn’t available 24/7 which most smaller hotels offer. After a 6 days trekking in the mountains, we ran out of clean clothes. Really counted on using the laundry service in the facility. Just because we arrived late after a long train, bus ride, we couldn’t get it done. And wasn’t going to pay 50% more than regular price for express service which seemed too inflated. I was also surprised by really early checkout time which is 9:00 am. They told us we could stay till 10:00 am but most hotels standard checkout time is between 11 am -12 pm. Great breakfast buffet Supper was good as well. Room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here last year as part of a tour group and I remember the breakfast as being a little better. The room was nice, clean, and although the bed was a little harder than I'm used to I slept like a baby, so maybe I need a harder mattress. The location is perfect. You're right across the street from a big market and there are amazing deals to be had. You're a close walk to a lot of interesting attractions and restaurants. We stayed here 3 days coming and one going and ate at the hotel which was also very good and very reasonably priced. The staff is top notch. Nothing. We would absolutely stay there again if we ever went back to Cusco.

distance is about 6 blocks from centre

The free buffet breakfast was great, the rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff was super helpful as well! WiFi was not great, and the my group’s room keys did get mixed up a few times by the staff (not a huge deal at all).

The staff were really helpful and easy to communicate with considering we only speak a little Spanish. The rooms were clean. There were some free items from the mini bar included for your first night. It was also helpful that the buffet breakfast started so early since we headed out on 2 different early morning tours. I found the hotel to be too expensive for it to be a little dated and have such uncomfortable beds. Additionally both the rooms we stayed in were incredibly noisy. We could hear so much noise from the street and also from people congregating in the lobby very early In the morning. We stayed here 3 of our 9 nights in Peru and the beds were by far the most uncomfortable. We didn’t get much sleep here. Unfortunately after we stayed the first night it was too late to book another hotel for our second stay (2 days later) or we would have switched. I also wish I knew the location better. We would have stayed in a more walkable area near Plaza de Armas.

Rooms facing to the street are noisy.
-
Ecco friendly Check- in experience and the restaurant waitress.
-
Good location, good breakfast Close to inca rail office and also main plaza in cuzco .about fiftheen minutes walk. Internet was not good .the mattress was not good.
-
Mattresses...beds were very hard and bathrooms could use updating

It did the job, hotel was clean. Rooms are old. Definitely not 4 stars, more like Days Inn 2 star hotel. Far from center. Front desk staff slow to help, tour desk not helpful at all, just trying to sell.
-
It did the job This is NOT a 4 star hotel we paid more money for! Rooms are old, front desk staff directs to others who aren’t able to help either. Check out time of 9am is unreasonable!

Our vacation we had stayed at another hotel in Cusco that we really enjoyed. Our flight home was cancelled and that hotel was full. I did appreciate the 110v plug as I could finally use my hair dryer. And windows that opened to let in fresh air. It was closer to the airport. They also provided filtered water to refill water bottles. Wifi worked great. There was a breakfast buffet, not particularly my type of breakfast. Mostly European I suppose. Only American breakfast food was scrambled eggs and pancakes, neither were very good. The TV had no English speaking channels. In all fairness, by this time we were just so ready to get home.

It was conveniently located a walking distance from the train station and not very far from the old city square. The housekeeping staff and the other wait staff are pleasant and friendly, the front desk attendants are a little icy. The early check out time with no flexibility

This location is 10 blocks from the main historical center, A safe and easy walk. There are several restaurants close by and a large artisan market. If you are looking for a quiter surrounding this is a great location. If you want to be in the middle of all the shops and restaurants, it I s 20 minute walk away. Very clean, incredible staff, well run and organized. I felt safe as a solo traveler. Close taxi ride to railroad station There was a coffee maker but no coffee in the room. The noise from the open atrium carried into the room at night.

I wouldn't call it a 4 star, more like 3 star hotel. Everything else was good
