Hotel Hacienda Cusco Centro Historico

Two things - one of the first rooms we were in was an interior room, and it was on the dark side and no way to get some air in through windows. It was also a bit noisy. The deck d room we had (suite), was much better. It would also be good to have a bit more seating just to relax, all the downstairs seating is for the restaurant, which was never full and you couldn’t bring in a pizza, for example, and eat it outside of you room.

Very nice historic feeling hotel

It would have been nice if the takeaway breakfast package had included a bottle of water. At a three-star hotel I stayed at in Lima, the breakfast package included both juice and bottled water.

Staff were amazing Fire alarm went off multiple times one night making sleeping difficult. The heat did not come on until 5:00 pm and I was cold. No flexibility around getting heat earlier was problematic.

Be aware of two things: 1. Most of the rooms have no street view windows. Only inside the hotel hall. 2. There are a lot of French people…

Excellent, clean, new, Nothing

The staff was very nice. The food we ordered was very good The room was cold and had to bring a space heater for us. We also used their airport service and they didn’t show up for 30 minutes.

Great location and nice interior, good breakfast Odd room layout

Great property and convenient location for exploring on foot! Not in the main area so it was quiet and easy to walk to the square and for restaurants! Everything was great!

It was beautiful, clean, and the location for walking was great! Our first room was next to what I think was an old elevator chute and we could hear dishes being stacked and people talking in the early morning. Our second room (same trip different stay) was way more quiet! Regardless it was a fantastic stay!

Front desk very helpful. Had trouble with heating so they brought us a space heater. TV didn’t work replaced it the next morning. Their food was not great at all but they had the special cocoa leaves tea available in the lobby and also oxygen for those experiencing altitude sickness. Restaurant food not good!

It’s nice place with a beautiful view and close to the center. Delicious breakfast, a lot of options, fresh fruits, juices. During our 2 days stay, we didn’t have water from 7 pm till next morning. So we could not shower, wash our hands, brush our teeth, use the bathroom. The following day our toilet was leaking a lot

Only stayed one night, but the room was clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Wish we had stayed longer.

Beautiful decor. The staff were very professional and accommodating. It felt like home. The location was a little far from the plazas. Having said that I was acclimating to the altitude so didn’t have the energy I normally would have

Noise.

Great location. Room was large and comfortable. Water and tea available were great. We have the first room on the left after you left the reception and unfortunately, all of the noise in the hotel could be heard from this room. People coming in late at night people leaving early in the morning, etc.
