Location was out of the main square area which ends up being a benefit as far as noise and traffic are concerned! Uber rides are cheap so walk downhill into town and grab a car back to hotel later. Breakfast was simple but nice. Staff was nice. We were in apartment w 3 rooms - they were spacious and clean. We had issue w power in our unit the first night - the administrator finally got it fixed about midnight by replacing the fuse. We stayed in July and it was quite chilly at night but we couldn’t control the heater in the den.

The staff is amazing, cleanliness was impeccable and the breakfast was delicious. I went in cold season, probably better heating

The hotel is a 10-20 minute walk from Plaza de Armas and the San Blas neighborhood -- so the view was amazing, but it was peaceful at night. The location felt safe, and having someone at the front desk at all hours was appreciated. Staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Comfy beds, good showers (hot, with good water pressure), nice breakfast, great patio/deck to overlook Cusco. Would stay here again.

My bed was hard Rooms get really cold

The breakfast was great

Staff, location, and cleanliness. There is no heat, so since we rented a full apartment, we were forced to stay in our rooms with tiny space heaters.

Was only a 10-15 minute walk to the plaza de armas. Great affordable food in the immediate area. Definitely a locals vibe in the neighborhood which was a great change of pace from the tourist centric plaza area. Staff was great. Stayed in the 5th floor with a big bed and private bathroom. Breakfast served on the 5th floor so I was able to enjoy breakfast and have a cup of extremely hot coffee on the patio overlooking the city and surrounding valley. There was no hot water for 30 hours during our stay so I took two cold showers. Once they had it fixed, everything was fine.

To go sandwiches were low grade.

We had a very nicely appointed three bedroom, two bath apartment. The breakfast is good and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We liked being just outside of El Centro, maybe 15 minutes walking, mostly level. Walking home, you have to walk up two short blocks, which is not too bad for Cusco. The wifi signal was marginal. With such a nice place, we wondered why they have not improved this relatively easy amenity.

We were a group of three staying in Cusco for a few days. It was great to have the apartment to stay in. We each had our own room and bed. The breakfast was great and the staff were so helpful. The hotel is a little out of the way, but not horribly far from main tourist attractions.

Spotless clean. Luxurious. Comfortable Nothing

I have never experienced such wonderful hospitality in my life. Genuine care and concern and help from Salim, night reception, was unbelievable. He was always making sure everything was fine with me. Katy, went out of her way to help me change my ticket. They were so kind and gracious. Yonathen, day reception also went out of his way to help me and advise me as a solo traveller. I felt safe and secure as a single woman travelling. I cannot rate the breakfasts enough! Yobanny is an incredible cook! This hotel is amazing and I cannot rate it enough! Such amazing value. Please patronise this amazing small hotel. Absolutely nothing!

Practical, well-sized appartments and well equiped. Front-desk staff Juan and John were very kind and courteous and put us in touch with tour guides and also accomodated our rwquests. It is possible to walk to the centre. Good value. It gets cold at night and the small air heaters are not sufficient, they should have radiators. Breakfast is basic. Noise travels a lot in the building and from the street and windows are not double glazed. The hairdryer caught fire (!) though was quickly replaced. Wifi was spotty.

Great place to stay—comfortable rooms, incredibly kind staff, excellent breakfast. The location was nice, it was quiet at night but very easy to get to main attractions. I would happily stay here again.

This is a great hotel. Good, quiet location that’s an easy walk to the Plaza de Armas but not so close that you get the chaos. Excellent breakfast, staff were all very kind and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, and the roof terrace has spectacular views. I’d happily stay here again.

I had an amazing experience at this cute hotel! It was very clean, the staff was extremely nice, the breakfast was very good and the location was perfect! They also have a super cute terrace with an amazing view. I would stay here again! 10/10

We are family of four and we stayed 7 nights at a 3-bedroom apartment at Inkasabios. We were very satisfied and we recommend it to all our friends in Germany. The employees at Inkasabios are very friendly, helpful and very good at their jobs. At the reception, Salim and Jhon were ALWAYS ready to help. Our plane landed very late and Salim waited for us and guided us digitally until we got to the hotel. During the day, Jhon efficiently organized everything for us, from the cleaning of the apartment to the ordering of our transportation to our various destinations. At the breakfast room, we were always warmly welcomed by Giovanni and a lady co-worker (whose name i fail to recall, sorry) who prepared a very sumptuous buffet. The cleaning person likewise did an exemplary job. The apartment is as is shown in the pictures. We had 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and blankets that kept us warm. The kitchen is functional, we were able to prepare some meals when we did not feel like going to restaurants. We enjoyed a living room with 2 sofas and an armchair...this was perfect for gift-giving at Christmas. And speaking of Christmas, we were gifted a platter of snacks of cheese, olives, crackers and salami and a bottle of sparkling wine by the hotel. The 2 showers were very good. There were warm and cold water, which we now realize after staying at other hotels in 2 other cities, is not the standard here in Peru. The rooftop is a gem! We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset here. It was very quiet and relaxing. We read our books here too. On Christmas eve, we and other guests enjoyed the view of the fireworks from the rooftop. When we checked out to go to Aguas Calientes for several days, we left our bigger pieces of luggage at Inkasabios at no extra charge. This was very helpful. Lastly, the location of the hotel is great! The neighborhood is quiet and clean. It is near enough the main center. One could easily reach it on foot. When it rained and we took a taxi back, the Nothing

The breakfast was delicious with a big variety. The location is fairly central to town and exceptional views. WiFi not good in bedrooms you had to be in the lounge room.

Breakfast was not very good, bed was not very comfortable.
