We enjoyed our stay in this Inn. It was located in a great area probably 3 min walk to the plaza and a 7 min walk to the market. The staff were very friendly and kind. There was always someone at the help desk 24/7. They did have breakfast included upstairs but we did not take much advantage of it being that the market was close we would go there in the morning. The wifi was pretty bad and spotty. It was a little odd that the Inn was inside a store, but it wasn't a big problem. The street of this location is only for pedestrian use, so don't expect a car to leave you right in front of the Inn, you have to walk a little but again its no big deal.

Great location. The staff at reception was very friendly. The room was very big. Nice hot water in the shower (hot water can be a challenge in Cusco). Our room didn't have a window to the street, so it can feel a bit closed up.

The staff were very friendly and arranged a taxi to pick me up and take me to the airport. They were so helpful! The property has a great location a block from the Plaza de Armas of Cuzco Being close to the center comes with all the parties happening around the location, and it can be deafening even late at night on the streets. I was lucky that I was exhausted from all the tours so It was easy to fall asleep but the first night.

Staff are amazing, they helped with everything and anything, they went the extra mile and were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Location is the best, right next to the main square where all of the action is and in a safe location. Great value for money, hot showers and plenty of blankets for the bed. Would definitely stay here again
