The location because is near to the plaza de armas and as well, it was quiet.

  • Engine customer Oct 2025

It was clean, and the location is near to the plaza de armas. And the staff was very friendly. Kind and helpful. Anything every aspect was good.

The room reeked of cigarettes to the point where our pyjamas stunk after sleeping for one night. The door doesn’t lock and the window on the door is smashed so literally no security in the room. There’s no where to hang your clothes or towels in the bathroom so everything gets wet. The bed is like sleeping on a rock.

Really worth the price, all the staff where super helpful and friendly and also the location is amazing

  • Engine customer Nov 2024

Good location. Excellent price. Beds comfy and enough duvets/covers to keep you warm. Mens bathroom is downstairs from rooms, so have to trek around the building and down some stairs walk through a courtyard to get there. A nightmare in middle of night plus they never changed the light bulb in there, so often in dark. The ladies bathrooms are far more conveniently located, but I don't see why they just don't make them toilets unisex. Water was barely only ever lukewarm

I highly recommend this hostel. The value for money is very good! The place is clean, breakfast is nice for that price, it's well located and the double room we had was really spacious. The place is much better than in the pictures too. Also highly recommend to book tours with Okidoki travel agency next-door! The owners are very nice and kind, and the value for money is also unbeatable! It's a small travel agency where they really take care of you. We did several tours with them and were not disappointed at all. Thank you Alvaro!

Best shower we have had in our travels, lovely staff, water was cheap and good luggage storage for going on trips. Terrible kitchen facilities. Gave us a different room to our booking and said we would change a day later but nobody ever spoke to us. Bed was okay but very light and loud rooms, not too much of a bother unless you really need some peace.

i had a pretty disappointing experience during my stay at the hostel. my pajamas, which I had left on my bed, were just taken away without any notice. when I went to the reception to ask about it, the staff didn’t seem to care at all. the guy at the front desk was quite rude and told me that I’d have to wait until the next morning to deal with it. after about half an hour of going back and forth, he finally decided to check the storage room. there were also several other moments where the receptionist was very rude to us.
