Location to the airport. Friendly staff Location from the city centre

Hot water took a long time to heat for the shower. Vents and bathroom had some mold and could have been cleaner.

I had a family member help me carry my luggage during check-in and the receptionist was very strict in not letting my family member carry my stuff to my room. I was shocked because I never encountered that before, she allowed him to help for only 5 minutes. I think it was also her approach to the situation; she saw how much stuff I was carrying and was not understanding. Staff was very dry and seemed not approachable. My reservation was originally for 5 nights but changed it to only two nights and moved to another Hotel.

The key was finding a place close to the airport after my flight was canceled. Everything was perfect. They gave us a packed breakfast when we left at 5 am. Everything was fine!

The property had amazing staff and the to fro from airport and to cusco city centre was easy by using Uber. we also stored our luggage several times as we had to stay in between in different cities and the hotel staff took care of those aspects. the hotel lobby was also comfortable. we appreciate the staffs eagerness to support and help us. the property wasn’t walking distance from Cisco city centre

Clean, comfortable, easy to communicate with staff The breakfast was not super but was ok.

The property is very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and getting us settled after hiking the Inca Trail. The staff helped us get food before is closed since we arrive later than expected. After hiking the Inca Trail our group wanted to all shower, but we ran out of hot water sooner than we liked. The corridors and lobby were cold, but the heater in the rooms were nice.

The property was very clean, comfortable beds and large. The staff was very kind and responsive. The location was fine for pick-ups for different tours. It is a cab ride to the city center. The hotel was quite noisy. There was a band that played from midnight to 3 am our first night and loud stray dogs barking. The next couple of nights were better. I was also disappointed when we got there and told them we only needed one room, it had a king bed and two twins and we were a family of 5 with the 3 of which being small children. We obviously preferred to stay as a family and not split up. They would not refund me in anyway, even though we did need the 2nd room. Sometimes it is about doing what is right for the customer. Also, no complimentary waters to even brush your teeth in the rooms, would be a nice thing since you can’t drink the water.

The staff was excellent! The front desk was so helpful with luggage storage, calling cabs, giving directions and help/questions. The only slight downside were the barking dogs in the middle of the night outside our second story room window. Very difficult to control, and very minor.
