Location was good. Rooms were comfortable. Private bathroom. The price advertised online is not accurate. They charged me much more than the hotel price online. The part that really bothered me was the fact that when I paid with a credit card, they used the hotel conversion rate, on top of the conversion rates which the bank charges when using the credit card termite. Us having to use an arbitrary and random exchange rate set by the hotel doesn't make any sense and I've never experienced that in any hotel in Peru, and much less in any hotel in the world. The price ended up being roughly an additional 30% more, with their conversion rate. I felt completely scammed but trapped, as I had nowhere else to go.

This was my favorite hotel in Cusco. Everything was comfortable and the shower was hot. Breakfast was simple but freshly prepared and very tasty. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! Great location to walk around town.

The staff were kind and helpful, especially the girl working night shifts. The room and bathroom are as pictured, basic but good and clean. The shower had good water pressure throughout the stay and 3/4 nights it was hot. It was extremely noisy. Even though we weren't facing the street, there is a bar nearby which is SO loud that kept us up and/or woke us up throughout the night. The music didn't stop at all, even on week days. It is true that the booking confirms there is a 5% extra fee for paying with a card vs cash, but we got charged 15% - I am extremely disappointed and enraged by this. So beware of this if you choose to stay here. This alone is reason enough for me never to return here. They told me they were going to put me down as a no show because I changed the dates of my stay causing the room to be unoccupied' for the final 3 days of my original stay, which seems extremely odd given that my request to change the dates was approved. I was not thrilled with this as it made no sense. Another reason I won't be returning as they made us feel extremely uncomfortable with this. One of the nights the shower was not getting warm so I couldn't shower and my partner took a lukewarm shower. They do not provide a bath matt so the first night the whole bathroom got wet. We requested more towels so we managed. Toiletries provided are minimal even though it is a 3 star hotel (we have gotten nice toiletries elsewhere in Cusco at 3 star hotels).

Great centrally located hotel with excellent included breakfast and friendly service. The bed was very comfortable and outlets were close to bed. The bathroom was clean and had a good-sized shower. The hot water ran out 2x during our stay. Also, the floor could use a good mopping.
-
Great central spot close to everything w/ comfortable beds and friendly staff. Breakfast was delightful and filling w/ good hours (e.g., 0645-0930) Floor could use a good mopping

It took my booking last minute and was in a great location They were very kind on a late night check in when I was exhausted

The room was cold and no heater was offered. Each night around 9 pm a band would start performing and it sounded like we were in the middle of the place that it was performing. Earplugs were needed!
-
Excellent location, very friendly and caring staff. Good breakfast and clean room. Very good value for the location and amenities. Was little noisy on Saturday, but it is expected with central location.
-
stay was comfortable. there is a bar next door so you might need ear plugs to sleep till 1 AM
-
Our room was very small , without mirror and bathroom was separated from the room .

Location was excellent; close walking distance to in town sites/market place in Cusco. Staff was extremely helpful. Generally in Peru, rooms are not heated but blankets/bedding was very warm. Local club was nearby and room facing street was a little noisy - may want to request room facing back of hotel, if noise bothers you. Standard breakfast with egg was good. Can request togo snack breakfast if leaving on tour before breakfast hours. Also seemingly typical of hotel stay in Peru, you are charged the prices quoted in USD which are translated back into Soles (local currency) even if you paying in Soles, so expected price is a little off because the exchange rate used is less favorable.

The location could not have been better. It is downtown and just a few blocks away from everything we wanted to see. The staff were wonderful and so helpful, and were kind enough to give us several recommendations of what to see and where to eat.
-
Noise made by the bar/band adjacent to the hotel until 2-3 am. You cannot sleep well. Awful feeling especially if you have mountain sickness.
-
Great location and the staff were very helpful and attentive to my needs. Nothing

Location Breakfast boxes could have been better

The staff was very kind and accommodating for our schedule during our visit. The location was perfect, it was very central and easily walkable to the main plaza

Location was great and staff were super friendly. The breakfast was nice too. Room was too small and cramped. Hotel room wasn’t cleaned for 6 days despite leaving key at reception.
