Fantastic location. Just 10 mins walk from the central square. Loads of restaurants and shops round the corner. Quiet at night. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Staff were very kind. Breakfast was excellent Nothing- it’s a great place to stay. A water filter would be good to fill up bottles rather than having to buy plastic ones.

The easy check-in and out. Clean space and early breakfast availability.

Great staff, clean rooms, simple breakfast
-
It was well located in Cusco. Close to the center but away from the hubbub and busy downtown. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. It was loud. Just not well soundproofed between rooms.

Location was great and the staff was very nice, kind and flexible. The hostal was very noisy, especially in the morning from 6am. Rooms were ok, but quite uncomfortable., and breakfast could be improved.
-
Staff really friendly, breakfast was good, always have coca leaves for the guest and muna tea. The room is comfortable, clean and peaceful. The localisation is in quiet street, close to everything.

Staff were so helpful - advising me what to do in cusco, helped me book a trip and were patient with me testing my awful Spanish

Rather quiet neighborhoor with cute parks and cafes

The staff were extremely helpful, especially when we faced the high altitude sickness they didn’t leave us alone until we felt better again. Since all the tours were early in the morning, they prepared us breakfast boxes including fresh fruits and sandwiches, which was great. The location was great as well.

Very clean bedroom with hot shower! Center of the little town . Close to the train station! The host was very kind and we had a great complimentary breakfast on the cafe owned by the hotel! Recommend to stay:)

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They held my bag in storage for me when I spent multiple days away for Macchu Pichu and not actually paying for this hostel. They made me breakfast for a 3:30 AM wakeup even though breakfast was only scheduled at 6. The breakfast provided was simple but good. The room was clean and comfortable, cute towel crane on the bed Wifi signal was really bad, and the bandwidth wasn't much better, but I didn't really stay in the hostel much. You need to be very careful about where you leave your clothes and towel when showering, as there's a leak in the shower wall, and if the water hits your clothes before the drain, then you need to find some more. A bit noisy because of thin walls.

Very nice hosts though only 1 who spoke english fluently enough to get decent Infos - but all very helpful; perfect location, cute building, decent breakfast Can be noisy in the early mornings (3-4am) if others are picked up for tours
-
Very helpful Lady at the reception, beautiful atrium for breakfast, excellent location if you like "artsy" surroundings, room was small but sufficient Only 1 person fluent in english; noise from the street can be bothering in the morning when others are picked up at 3am

We really liked the laundry service and how friendly and smiling the staff was! Breakfast was pretty good with granola, yogurt, eggs made to order, different bread, avocado, jam, butter, cheese, cold cuts, juice etc. There was plenty of hot water and very good water pressure every day. The room never got very chilly unlike other places in town. The bed was pretty comfortable. We had a room facing the street and were unable to sleep past 6am any of the days due to noise outside and how much you can hear from other rooms, people walking around the hotel. The hotel cannot be blamed for the street noise, but it's something to be mindful of. Maybe ask for a room away from the street.

Great place in one of the cutest parts of Cusco. Great restaurants around and great shops with really one of a kind clothing. The staff is very helpful and sweet. The bathroom and the bed were very clean but under the bed was still an empty bottle from a previous visitor. So they might not have been as thorough.
