Location and old world charm We bothbuad twonsuitcases, and it as a chalanfw to navafare he steep steps to get to the hotel.

We got different room than advertised. We were supposed to have a room with a balcony but got a room under the roof with a very tiny window.

The reservation was for a room with two twin beds. The first bedroom that was shown to us had no windows. The second bedroom, which we ultimately ended up staying in, had windows but one bed was on one floor and a spiral staircase led you to the second bedroom, which was in a small attic-like space. The blankets were heavy and did not keep you warm.

Great location and I had a view from the bathroom and a tiny window in the bed area. Room and bathroom was not as nice as the pictures. Room was cold and the heater couldn’t keep up. Bathroom sink only had cold water. No hair dryer in room. Had to ring to be let in the main door, but I think this is true for most casa type rooms (although one did give me a key to the main door so I could come and go whenever)

The couple who is running it are very nice and accommodating. Great space, hot water, warm inside, comfy bed. Good location.

We loved the location and the proximity to the Plaza Mayor. The accomadations itself were lovely and cozy, like home away from home. Pedro and Ana are the BEST and made our stay that much more enjoyable. They are very hospitable hosts and are so welcoming, kind, and amazing people. Pedro can offer lots of assistance, so please ask him about sites and tours. The San Blas area is wonderful and views are breathtaking. Great to be in to enjoy and walk around. Our beds were a little uncomfortable and firmer than we are accustomed to.

The hosts were absolutely lovely and helpful. The hotel is close to the centre. The room had a heater in case it was cold and was clean and spacious. The breakfast in the pictures is a buffet with fruits and vegetables. Maybe it's because I was there during winter time but it would be great to add some vegetables to breakfast.

Had to knock on the door to be let in if out after early evening.

The staff is wonderful, kind and very welcoming. The location is 12/10, the hotel is situated on the nicest street of San Blas ! Would definitely come back here :)

Location is great. There was a very loud and disturbing noise next to our room 25 hours a day, it sounded like an alarm. This made it impossible for us to sleep. We told this to the person who runs the breakfast and reception. She could not do anything about it but offered us another room. This room had two separate beds and no daylight so was a bad option. It made us decide to check out one day earlier. We tried to communicate with the owner via the chat on booking but did not get response in 6 days. When the response came it simply told us we should have taken the other room. If you book this place please ask if the noise is gone, otherwise you won’t get any good sleep. Responsiveness via booking chat was very slow. We asked for a taxi service from Cuzco airport and got a response one day after our arrival saying it was not possible. The people who work at the reception and breakfast are friendly. But it seems that the place is a bit old and not soulfully managed.

Clean room in a good area with some noise from the bars next door. I do not recommend this hotel. The doorman tried stealing from me. I was downstairs drinking coffee and when I went back up to my room the door was open and he was going through my bags. This is not acceptable.

Room was inviting, staff/owners were very caring and attentive. A bit more variety or other options for breakfast would be good. A bit monotonous after five days.

Location and comfort A bit more variety at breakfast would be nice.

Anna was very helpful, explained us where to go and helped us arrange a taxi. Quit at night because of the double window. Good bed. Nice atmosphere.
