Great location, clean and friendly

Convenient downtown location, charming and hospitable

Nicol is super friendly and fluent in English. She gave us a warm welcome and make us feel like home. I appreciate her assistance. The location and breakfast are good. Rooms are comfortable, although insulation is not good, as is most of the accommodation in town. Overall highly recommended.

Localização, conforto, quarto quentinho, internet boa, banheiro grande com box e água quente até na torneira! Café da manhã no local muito bom. Tv somente com canais locais, preço um pouco acima da média.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they answered my questions. About the room, it has great views and confortable bed. There are no elevators, but that's understandable since it's part of the historic city.

El hostal contaba con buena ubicación, muy céntrico. Está a una cuadra de la piedra de los 12 ángulos y a 3 cuadras de la plaza de armas. El lugar se sentía seguro y era de fácil acceso para vehículos. El personal fue muy amable y las instalaciones funcionaron bien (agua caliente e internet). Contaban con secador de pelo en recepción. La ropa de cama y toallas eran un poco viejas y tenían algunas manchas. La ventilación del baño no funcionaba. No ofrecían una opción alternativa al desayuno (snack), y muchos de nuestros tour partían de madrugada por lo que no pudimos desayunar en el hotel.

We would have preferred to be able to take a cup of tea or coffee to our room. The downstairs lobby was very limited.

Jordi, the receptionist, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and was a great host. I was taken care of with extreme care and concern with services that was very accomidating. Thank you Jordi and i hope that we see you again. Everything was perfect and I was only unhappy that my trip was cut short due to personal reasons.

Location,staff Toilet water keep running all time

The staff was very helpful for all queries, from changing rooms to towels and more. We changed from the first floor to the third floor, which was much nicer. The location is incredible, it's right in the center and is quiet. The triple room was quite small for three people, but it would be fine size for a couple. There was also no space or shelves to take out clothes or open suitcases. It was quite chilly in the room, even with a heater.

it’s the second time i’ve stayed here and would go back again!

Hotel is walking distance to the main plaza, restaurants, churches, shopping areas and tour pick-ups. For the price that we paid, it was good, though. Breakfast staff is so nice and accommodating for all requests that we asked. Breakfast needs improvement.

Centrally located around the corner from Plaza de Armas. Provides a wonderful daily buffet breakfast. Staff is attentive and helpful. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

The location was super close to major squares, within walking distance of great restaurants and sights. Bring your earplugs as this is an older building and we can hear every guest that comes in. There is a lot of echo that travels. Most guests are up super early for tours which makes sleeping in a hassle

Location was perfect! Close to the main square and easy access for tours pick ups Staff was super gentil, and always answer to any questions.
