The location is great! The staff are friendly. Laundry was available, very affordable, and quick. They cleaned our room every day. Great place!

Excelente locación, personal muy atento. Habitación buena para pasar un par de noches, tienen muy buenas cobijas. Siempre tienen tè disponible lo que resulta muy conveniente. Ademàs se ofrecen a guardar tu equipaje. Algunos enchufes elèctricos en la habitación no funcionaron, pero afortunadamente encontrè uno para cargar los elèctronicos.

The location and the staff. This is a really good budget hotel if you want room to yourself and yet pay lesser amount. I highly recommend it to budget travelers. Special shoutout to the staff! They are really good.

Great location between the main town and the San Blas neighborhood. Everything was very walkable. Comfy bed, hot water, and a great breakfast. I appreciated having tea available all the time.

The location is great and near the Plaza del Armas which is most important to me. Great restaurant directly across the street. You are in the middle of the activity and yet a comfortable place to stay at a great price Breakfast is minimal but the same every day. The staff were friendly but Edna was my favorite always with a smile. It was very cold but plenty of blankets. Take a fast shower as you may run out of hot water.

The staff was so warm and generous, very kind and helpful. I felt well cared for. The location can’t be beat- right in the middle of the historic district. The bed was hard but adequate. It could maybe use a coat of paint but everything was very clean!

The room was a little small which is normal in Cusco but the staff were amazing and the place was nice and clean. Really good location.

Great location near the historic center and many of the local museums listed on the Cusco Tourist Ticket Room itself was functional and clean. Towels and soap were provided which was helpful. Bed was comfortable and the blankets were warm Good value for money all things considered. There was a breakfast but I could not partake as was rushing in the morning Hot water wasn't running constantly so one might find it helpful to clarify with front desk if the hot water is on before trying to shower Some noise issues at night with people coming & going but not too big a concern
