Great location, comfortable bed, solid shower and helpful staff Breakfast was minimal

Great location, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, great laundry service We booked 2 rooms and they were both close to the reception and the kitchen (I think all rooms are located in the same hallway), unfortunately the noise isolation of the doors is quite poor so we heard people come and go, doing early and late check-ins, talking to the receptionists and the staff preparing for breakfast as early as 5 am. The rooms were quite small too.

Nothing to complain about.

Amazing central location and had a nice room. We were going to a 3 day hike after staying here and they let us keep out big bags here while we were away hiking which is why we picked this hotel. Very helpful!

We liked the convenience of staying near the centre of town, close to the Inca wall and a short walk from Plaza de Armas. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast room has a stunning view! The room was spacious, with a huge king sized bed, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Highly recommended. Stairs up to the lobby but manageable.

I loved how close this hotel is to all the action in the Main Square of Cusco, but the street is quiet at night. The staff was so sweet and helpful. I had an early flight so I had to miss breakfast but they arranged a breakfast to-go for me. The room was so cute and well decorated. They arranged a ride for me to get to the airport and he arrived early to help with my bags. The bathroom is beautiful and clean. I will for sure stay here again! It was a little hard to find. It's upstairs so from the street all you see is the sign and some steps. No elevator so pack accordingly... :)

Great location!

Remember to turn on the wall heater in the room. We weren't told to and didn't know you needed to until a few days into our stay. It helped.

I stayed in the backyard room, far from main street so luckily it’s quiet. And staffs are so friendly and helpful N/A

Great location and room

Friendly staff, located very near the main plaza, nice breakfast, and we could store luggage. Lack of hanging points.

Very central location. Clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast had a very limited choice compared to other places we stayed.

Awesome location! We rented the 2 bedroom,2 bath apartment and it was amazing. The view from the living room is amazing and walking distance to Plaza de Armas and lots of great restaurants are either right across the street or a few minutes of walking distance. Walking distance to a lot of tourist places and shops. Highly recommend the apartment. Not a big issue but have to climb some stairs to get to the reception and the apartment, but would definitely stay here again when we are back to Cusco.

Everything went well. No complains. Prety decent breakfast good to start the day. Fast WiFi. Helful staff and ofcourse centerally located. If you are a light sleeper then the sound from the street may bother you. Its not too much when the the sliding door is close but may be. For us that was not the issue at all.

Great location—just around the corner from Cusco’s Plaza de Armas, yet the atmosphere is very quiet. The facilities are simple but sufficient and very clean. The staff are also super friendly. nothing
