+ Showers had nice pressure and the water was actually hot. Also showers has extra space for dressing up and space for clothes, towels, also a rubbish bin there. + Private room got cleaned once on my 3 night stay and there was space for my luggage and bed was comfortable + breakfast was ok, I was happy to have fresh fruits. Girl who asked how I like my eggs was friendly - at showers the water stayed on the floor and it was a bit discusting as many people used the showers - evenings, night and early morning times there were almost never toilet paper in the female bathrooms, also hand soap finished (second floor). I went to tell a guy at reception but he didn’t fix it. - staff didn’t greet me and when I checked in the guy at reception didn’t even say hello, just showed me to my room, didn’t tell about events or breakfast etc. - the music is very loud and people shouting at the bar upstairs and you can hear it to the second floor too. Not a place to stay if you are taking an early morning tour. If you like to party then sure, they also give away free shots (I’ve been told)

We liked the atmosphere they have developed! We also enjoyed their breakfast which is better than some hostels we stayed at! Their staff is amazing and most speak English pretty well! We know basic Spanish but to have someone fluent in English is great for us Canadians. We also liked how close it was to everything you need! This is not their fault at all but be aware for light sleepers it’s close to the train station. It didn’t bother us at all but people should be aware and just bring headphones if you sleep lightly.

Clean No hot water very loud and hard to sleep.

My room was moldy and I often found the bathrooms very dirty.

Very cool hotel, the room was clean, there was also tea and coca leaves, delicious breakfast, and the staff was absolutely amazing. -

Nice organised activities, loved the mural paintings. Nice breakfast. Here and there could be cleaned up a bit, but overall according to expectations for a hostel.

Warm blankets and comfortable bed. Big rooftop where you can spend leisure time. The property is not that clean. Even after daily cleaning the bathroom would still not look clean. Hairs would still be in the room. Often no toiletpaper and very mesy toilets. Not always hot water.

Nice location, staff were friendly, breakfast of eggs / fruit / bread was nice. Hot showers. All rooms look down on main reception which can be loud late at night and early in the mornings at 3/4am when people are heading out for tours. Expect restless sleep. Nowhere to hang towels to dry in rooms.

Clean and tidy, decent sized private room. Breakfast is basic but nice. Dylan, who runs breakfast, is lovely, couldn't do enough for youm Room lacking some basics, such as hooks to dry towels. No water at night and they completely ran out of water one day - although I think this was a one off maintenance issue

The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and spacious. As are the bathrooms.

The place had a comfortable common space on the terrace. The owner Ruth was a hospitable and helpful host. The staff were helpful and friendly. The artwork was fabulous.

Friendly staff, hot water, hostel is warm, comfy beds with curtains, clean, I like the location (10 mins of walking to the main square - plus it’s flat unlike some other areas e.g. San Blas) Bar located on the upper floor is sometimes too loud (until midnight)

Amazing hostel with great staff and atmosphere. Clean, close to the main square about 5-10 minutes walk. Hot water all the time, really kind and thoughtful staff !
