Quechua Plaza Hotel

Proximity to the plaza. The bathrooms smelled like sewage we refused to use them. The breakfast was odd, serving spaghetti and chicken wings at 7am. We wound up eating outside of the hotel.

Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice location. Bathroom fixtures (water faucets) need replacement.

Location and price The room had a window to the hallway and the bathroom was a very odd and inconvenient shape/ layout.

Breakfast was very good and adequate. Best of all it was included. Hotel is very centrally located to the center of Cusco. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Outstanding people work there No issues or concerns

The location was good. The bed was comfortable. The TV had the world cup games on. The water in the shower was very hot and the room was surprisingly quiet. I would definitely ask for an interior room. The hotel is on a fairly busy street. The heater worked all right as well The heater didn't heat the room as much as I thought it would but it wasn't bad. I'm saying that's just in case you're a person that's expecting perfection, the heater is a radiator heater and you leave it on all day and you walk in late at night it's not like the hot air is going to get you. It's just not going to be cold air. If you're going to ask them for a box breakfast if you're going on a tour early in the morning just know that it's basically crackers and a juice box. Last thing. I don't know how many guests stay at this hotel but I found it to be a little unprofessional. I came downstairs at 3:45 for my 4:00 a.m. pickup and the guy who was supposed to be working was curled up on the couch under a blanket and the lights were off and the lobby. I don't knock anybody trying to get some extra sleep but it's extremely common here for hotel guests to be leaving in morning time between 3:00 and 5:00 a.m. I don't think that's a great time to have to be looking for the worker.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was always kept clean, the cleaning staff was amazing. Nothing, I would definitely stay there again.

Clean and had elevator. Had a restaurant on site if you’re too tired from excursions to search for a restaurant. Good location. The bathroom window had a small hole and shower curtain was just a regular cloth curtain, therefore a lot water was able to get on the bathroom floor.

The showers are a nightmare - floods the floors and it’s just unpleasant to step onto a cold wet floor every time you need to use the toilet or sink. Stayed in two different rooms and experienced the same issue. Breakfast is meh.

Toilet flush was so weak in my room.

The breakfast was ok. The dining room could use a little love with regard to lighting and ambiance. The views from our room was fabulous.

Very loud you can hear everything on the street the windows let all the noise come in
