Location I booked this hotel six months ago or more to get a room with a balcony and a sea view. When I arrived, they told me that the room was taken because there was a system error! They gave me a room that had just been renovated. Construction waste everywhere and terrible dust. I spent three days like that, no one cleaned the room, they just said "tomorrow". When I started insisting that they clean at least the floor and the construction dust, only then did they clean it a little. But the windows and mirrors were opaque through the dust. They neither apologized for the inconvenience nor showed any concern that this had happened. The girl on duty at the hotel was playing with her phone the whole time and didn't respond to anything. For breakfast, you can choose from three dishes! I ate only Pho for a week. And also, the bed is so hard that in the morning your whole body hurts. As if you were lying on the floor without a mattress. I spent a week in this hotel. Real madness.

Location... Where to start, this place is disgusting, wc unwashed, rooms were disgusting, under the bed there was a thick of disgust, the walls were plagued with mold, even the clerk suggested not to take breakfast because it was not worth it. this place should be illegal

Close to beach, smart TV, good AC Had to pay for reservation upon arrival with cash and this was not made clear when booking. This meant I had to make a trip to an ATM which was very out of the way. The shower also did not drain and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. I also was unaware that the water provided in the room was not free - had to pay 20k for one tiny bottle
