Very spacious, perfect location and great staff overall. Right next to the beach.. Clean rooms, beautiful view!!! Everything was great except 2 things. 1. Front desk staff managing currency exchange was not friendly..the rates are very low compared to others and he didn’t accept any of the dollars we wanted to exchange..I recommend Orchids just around the corner for better exchange rates and they accepted all of bills.. I feel there could be more options for vegetarian food

Parosand was a beautiful hotel. Very professional and kind staff. It was an excellent breakfast: we loved the pho and bun bo. Hotel room was very comfortable and had good space despite being the least expensive room. Very close to beach. Hot water in shower was very good at first, but after only a few minutes it ran out and became lukewarm. Hallways were dark and dingy. Construction next door (it wasn’t very loud on the 10th floor, though)

excellent location, right by the beach. The beach was fantastic. clear water, smallish waves (good for kids), shallow depth, life guards. good size room with bunk bed for kids. the construction next door was noisy starting from 6 am. There was a guy in a cycle standing opposite the hotel, blasting a loud speaker trying to sell bread till 12 midnight. We were at the 14th floor and was still annoying. I wonder how bad it was in the below floors.

Location is great, staff is amazing all very proficient in English and upgraded me to a much larger room without extra charge. Breakfast is great, pool, rooftop and restaurant all great. Definitely a good value Nothing that I can think of

The view of the room is amazing, though we are only on 5th floor but the top floor is the swimming pool and bar so all guests can enjoy the view. Breakfast spread was pretty good, enough choices for my kids who are vegetarians. Bathroom is very generous in size and we like the toilet is separated from the shower area. It is literally right across from the beach and there are tons of restaurants and market within 2 mins walking distance. The room is a bit small for family of 4 but the separated bunk bed area is nice. The elevators are slow especially during breakfast hours. There was a construction site next door so it's pretty noisy and no privacy unless we close the washroom curtain.

The only mirror we found was inside the toilet room. (Though not sure if there was a hand-portable one hidden somewhere). So my wife always needs to go to toilet room to brush up.

The hotel is in a great location and reasonably priced. The room is new and clean, and the bathroom has strong water pressure. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of options, and everything tastes great. I stayed for two nights and the menu was different each day. My family really enjoyed the breakfast. I booked a non-smoking room and the hotel appears to be non-smoking, but in the early morning hours my room filled with the smell of cigarette smoke, likely coming from the hallway or another room. The smell was strong enough to keep me from sleeping for two hours before it disappeared in the morning. The pillow is too high which uncomfortable if you dont sleep on your side. The room also has large glass window so it doesn’t block outside noise well.

Good location. We had a nice sea view. Some of the rooms without a sea view don’t have much of an outlook.

I had specifically requested two single beds for my two adult sons when booking. However, we were given a double bed instead, although the room was located next to ours. I recommend that guest requests, especially regarding sleeping arrangements, are clearly confirmed and properly accommodated to avoid inconvenience.
