The property is super cool! Room 303 was very cute and looked like the pictures. Fresh little rooftop and a nice little pool. The bed is soft!? They did not have any waterfilters, or offer big bottles. Only small pricey Dasani ones… It smelled strongly of sewage in the hallways and from the bathroom in the daytime. (Not rainy season). The petite Balcony is extremely hot as it is squeezed in between buildings. No shade option so can only be used at night and if you smoke it’s like smoking in a box. Only view from room is neighbors and buildings in every direction. But you can use the rooftop, which is pretty and nice. There is no bed lamps or smaller single lights, only multiple strong roof lights.

I liked the location which is a bit far from the noise of the touristy area in da nang but just a short walk. And also the staff helped me when I got a problem from my grab delivery. Noise from the construction next door. Sound proofing in the hotel is a bit bad. You can hear someone walking and talking from upstairs. Rooms and furniture is a bit rundown with some marks on the wall.
