The balcony and view. The room was cleaned well daily. Laundry price was reasonable and done same day. Staff was great, Uyen at the front desk was always smiling and friendly, she made our stay even better. One of the doorman, Chao, was so great too, always friendly and smiling. The breakfast had a lot of options and was restocked often. All the breakfast staff were friendly too, they made the morning better. The room was good sized, and balcony had enough room for two to sit and relax. Rooftop pool and sitting area nice. Great location to relax, much calmer than My Khe or Da Nang beach. We were nervous about construction after booking for a month, but it was not bad at all, only occasionally heard it during the day, but never long or consistent. Hotel did let us know about it befroe we checked in. Would recommend requesting a room above floor 6 if possible. Highly recommended, great hotel. Internet was weak in room, strong in public areas

They serve a variety of food that we always look forward to every morning. The view is superb; it has a view of My Khe Beach. We booked a room with a balcony facing My Khe Beach, and we're able to experience the sunrise and sunset by the beach from our room.

The rooftop area was very nice, and the location was excellent—just a short walk from a beautiful beach. The bathroom design was a major downside. The toilet area was separated only by transparent glass, which provided almost no privacy, especially when staying with family. The pool frequently ran out of towels, and there was a very unpleasant odor in the room throughout our stay. Breakfast was also disappointing—we even saw a cockroach in the dining area. The coffee was particularly poor. Having worked and traveled extensively in Vietnam for more than 10 years, I find it surprising that in a country famous for its coffee culture, a hotel would serve coffee of such low quality.

The location is amazing, we are literally across the beach and we can also see the beach from our room. We were welcomed with delicious drink, the staff are very friendly!

Booked a ocean view room and got a great view..... it is nice to watch sunrise at the ease of own balcony. Airconditioning is weak. toilet layout is small the room size is smaller than what is advertised in the listing Booked for 4 pax, but got only 2 towels. need to ask for additional towel

Many eating places nearby. The pool was OK. Thanks to the bell boy who helped with our luggage when we were leaving. Very kind man. When booking the hotel, I specifically requested a non-smoking room because I was traveling with three children. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the room had a noticeable smoke smell. I asked the reception if another room was available, but I was informed that there were no alternatives. As it was already around midnight, we had no choice but to stay in that room. We were also provided with only two bottles of water despite being a family of five. When we asked for additional water, the reception declined our request without much assistance or concern regarding the situation. We had to figure out water delivery from Grab. The breakfast experience was below expectations. The main options we could comfortably eat were eggs, fruit, and bread. The coffee tasted similar to instant coffee, there were no pancakes available, the butter resembled margarine, and the juices were average. Additionally, we were charged 100,000 VND for a small stain caused accidentally on a pair of shorts. The stain appeared removable with proper washing, but we were told it required an external cleaning service. At the same time, we noticed visible stains on the curtains in the room, which suggested that housekeeping standards were not very thorough. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for families with children. However, for adults staying one or two nights, it may still be an acceptable option.

Location Management is inconsiderate. I was denied for one day refund of the upgrade even though we asked them in advance. Never again in this hotel.

Fantastic stay! The room was nice and spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The staff at the front desk as well as the doormen, were exceptional. The breakfast was amazing, with the type of options you'll expect from a 5-star hotel. Nothing. Great stay!

Breakfast was great. Buffet style with both western and vietnamese dishes to choose from and changed daily Room was spacious and clean and great view of Beach and street. Not too noisy from the street, however they were doing construction on a building literal feet from our room/balcony so was bit noisy in the morning

Ocean view Construction going on and unbearable 7am to 6pm due to construction noise. The pool was cold to swim in. The location was okay but after staying in 2 other locations in Danang I prefer the other locations I had booked stays at. I wish I knew about the construction and the noise.

Great value for expensive Khe Beach area. Staff were great. Including only 2 mini water bottles was a little cheap.

perfect location and perfect view gym facilities not very good, pool water could have been cleaner, bed had sand in it even when the cleaners clean the room

The rooftop and the ability to order food from anywhere in the hotel. Their breakfast was delicious if you’re not a picky eater. Couldn’t name anything.
