The property has all the amenities and staff is just incredible and extremely helpful. Allowed us to check-in early and have the complimentary breakfast. Catered to the vegan needs i had with special meals.

It was one of the best hotels I’ve ever been in SEAA!! It’s beautiful outside and inside. Our family room was great, very spacious, comfy and clean. Breakfast was great, we enjoyed it every day. Staff is amazing, they are so friendly and helpful that you fell like you stay at your close friends’ house. Location is quiet and close to city center. If you don’t like walking you can reach the center for 3-5 min by grab.

Staffs are super friendly in the hotel. The cleaner have "OCD" in a good way, he/she cleaned the room well and even take extra step to organize our clothing, cosmetic and etc. Breakfast is good and different food is served daily. The room is very quiet, the bedding is comfortable,. Nothing

Four things really stood out: (1) Whoever cleans and organizes the rooms every day deserves recognition. The extra amount of work to organize every single detail of the hotel's cleanliness, but also the organization of our personal items like backpacks, cords, nightstand tops, etc. Truly the best I've ever seen, and I've traveled for a living. (10+) (2) The front desk staff are personable, attentive, and they anticipate every need. (10/10) (3) They did our laundry, and it was meticulously folded and done all in the same day. (10/10) (4) The apartment room is so nice I could live there. The made-to-order items on the breakfast menu are average. There is no air conditioning - just fans and open windows. It works pretty well for Da Lat, but not as well as AC. The regular rooms appear smaller than the quoted square feet.

The location is great. There's also an convenience store in front of it. Very quiet due to its noise isolation and the location. Great amenities. The breakfast is also very good (especially the Bun Bo; they were comparable to the restaurant we ate in Hue).

It was fantastic!!! Really positively surprise of the quality/price. We were a 15 min walk away from Da Lat Market. Super central and lovely area. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The rooms spacious and clean with so many amenities. Appreciated a lot the free coffee and tea in the lobby. The staff was also very nice and welcoming. I would recommend staying here with no doubt.
