We loved the design of the property so nice and clean. The interior design of the hotel was beautiful The bed was really really hard and made it very uncomfortable.

Nice location The airport pickup was very late and had to call the hotel several times. They did give me 5% discount as compensation. Room was not cleaned properly.

This was a really beautiful hotel. Everything was like new and absolutely spotlessly clean. The furniture in the room was modern and also like new. The location was good with plenty of eateries close by and the lake, Crazy House etc, were within easy walking distance. The staff were fabulous and could not do enough to help us. Why stay anywhere else, all the boxes are ticked here. Everything was perfect except that they do need to make sure to clean their air conditioning filters (this is EVERYWHERE in Vietnam so not just this hotel). Also the hot water took a bit of time to come through to our room, we just turned it on a minute before getting in. The bed was quite firm (again very common in Vietnam) and did not bother us.

Thankful for Anh Tunh for helping us around despite the language barrier. Be ready to download google translate to make your experience smoother. As a newly built hotel, I was expecting the room to be clean. As I entered, the room wasn’t fully clean and we noticed the floors were still dirty as well as the balcony.

The room is comfortable and clean. Location is perfect. The only flaw is only a queen size quilt is layed on a king size bed. The balcony is not cleaned and not suitable for sitting as there are air-conditioning compressors there.

This hotel was beautiful, newly decorated, modern and comfortable. Great location. Easy walk to night markets. By 3 Rd night I was tired and didn't feel like going out but found a pizza place right next door( go to basement and out back door) Laundry was done by hotel. This hotel is not a 2 star the status needs to be upgraded definitely more than this in June 2024 Perfect, just be warned to test toilet hose before using on body, was very strong flow. Like a water blaster.

If you're someone that prefers more dim lighting might not be the best. Also there were just little things that weren't deal breakers for me but just a bit odd. For instance they had shower gel and shampoo but no hand soap in the bathroom and also I don't think the mini fridge worked but I didn't need it. Also the WiFi was spotty at times. Bed was a bit too firm for my liking.

Good location a 10 minute walk to the night market and with restaurants and cafe's close by. Hotel is fresh and new. Easy check in and we were able to get a late check out for a small fee as we had to wait a few hours before our bus. Didn't bother us but the room was fairly small, shower and toilet are essentially in the same room as the bed but was good for money paid.

Location was great close to everything by walking or quick grab. Beds were firm- we like firm beds so we found it comfortable. No breakfast offered, location on map is incorrect and is just a bit further down the road made it a bit harder to find.

Beautiful new hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff, convenient location to explore the market or the city. Aircon worked very well, the double glazed windows kept most of the noise outside. There are many restaurants, food stalls, cafes close by. Would have been great to have 2keys for the room. I didnt have much luck with the Wi-Fi, neither on my phone or computer.

Brand new hotel so really clean and modern inside, quite a slick and luxurious finish to everything. Staff really nice, bed comfy, shower powerful, TV was brand new so I could cast my phone to it which was great. A really good location, less than 10 mins walk to the night market for example. Also a lovely old couple who made delicious and cheap banh mi just outside the front door (great for breakfast) and a really nice and also cheap coffee shop next door too. It was a king size mattress with a double quilt which was a tad annoying as we had to sleep closer in the middle of the bed. The room we booked didn't have a window which made for a good night's sleep but not so nice for waking up.
