Well lit parking area. Elevators were not working and part was not expected until following Tuesday. No rooms available on 1st floor as those were for handicapped due to elevator. We should’ve been contacted by hotel to enable us to change our reservation to a different location. We had to carry multiple pieces of luggage up to 2nd floor and then back down as we left next morning. No offer to compensate us for our inconvenience. No lack of concern as well. Also had to wait several minutes before being greeted at front desk as clerk was in back room and didn’t see me on camera. This was around 4 pm so do not understand why they weren’t out front anyway when check ins started at 3 pm.

El Staff quedo a deber muchísimo, no me respetaron mi reservacion según porque no tenían sistema, tuve que buscar otro hotel muy tarde en la noche.

Breakfast was good. Clean lobby. Working elevator. The power went out around 3 dozen times in 2 days.

The staff was top notch and helpful. Our room and the breakfast area were very clean. The property is showing signs of disrepair - loose floor tiles, broken tub spout, lights not working correctly, etc. The elevator was not working during our stay - good for the exercise, but a real pain getting luggage to the room. Wouldn't be as big of a deal if motels would air condition the halls and stair wells.

Cost Air conditioning in room could not keep room cooler than 80 degrees. Granted it was hot outside at 104 but the other two hotels during our stay were able to keep the rooms at 72 degrees. Elevators were broken and we had to take stairs- thankfully moved to 2nd floor on my request from 4th. Power went out with no warning morning of our departure as we tried to get ready. On departure front desk staff would not get off her personal cell phone call to speak to us so we finally just checked out and left.

Bad

The staff is what definitely makes this a 5 star visit. The GM was at the desk when I checked in and was a personable lady who made sure that everything was a great experience. At checkout the desk clerk, Johnathan, was there and he was most helpful and giving as I worked with him. He truly exemplifies what a great staff looks like! The facilities were very good and will continue staying at the hotel at every opportunity I get! People make the difference!

Exceptional

Only one elevator is working in the hotel, which makes getting to your room a challenge. The room and the bathroom were clean. The mini fridge had mold in it, so we didn't use it. The breakfast was great!

The rooms were very clean and the ac worked great in the room. 1) It is hot in the hallways. By the time you get up or down you are sweeting. 2) Only one elevator worked and we almost got into one but noticed the lights went out. The electricity had been going on and off throughout the day so it was being reset. 3) The pool had not been maintained at all. Too dirty to even try to get in. That was one of the things we had planned on doing. 4) we stayed for 3 nights and were only given 2 big towels and 2 small even though there were 4 of us. We asked when booking to have extras. We were told the first day that someone would come in and clean for us daily and leave fresh towels but that never happened.

Housekeeping was horrible. Didn’t clean my room for 3 days and the day they finally came and cleaned after I asked the reception . They did very poor halfway job of it. I let the manager know . She was very apologetic due to the way the housekeeping was
