basic breakfast, nice wifi speed, comfortable, nice restaurant, missed out on trying the poll, bar, massage spa, and work out area. I would stay here again The room could of been bigger, felt tight. Hotel located on a busy street.

My husband and I have stayed at CBD Hotel several times over the past couple of years, and it's always enjoyable! All the staff are exceptional, from the reservations manager Shariffa Shaban to the concierge Yohanne, as well as all the employees at the reception, the restaurant and management are extremely friendly and helpful. They recognize us by name and take care of all our requests promptly. The breakfast at CBD Hotel offers a good variety, and the restaurant also serves good lunch and dinner. The location is just minutes away from Kariakoo market. We love coming back here. Thank you to the great team at CBD Hotel! Can't think of anything

Usual ease of access, security, friendly staff. This was our third stay at CBD, and we will visit again. The reconstructed road outside, makes travel in & our much easier. Mix up by booking.com, who did not respond to my on site request on Tuesday, to reduce the booking to 2 pax from 3. Then, booking.com did not respond to my on site request to reduce the 3 night booking, to 2 nights, due to a customer emergency we had to attend in Kenya on Friday night.

The only thing I can say is that the TV in the room was kinda complicated to operate, at some point it was stuck I couldn't switch it off. The remote didn't work. Later I reported that they came to fix it.
