I was so disappointed with the bathroom it was dirty &outdated considering with the value of money paid,even the breakfast ummm you need to have variety to accommodate all Nationalities

The location is very convenient. The room was big. The restaurant is very good, dinner and breakfast were freshly cooked.

Nothing good, poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend it. - Booked a room with a city view but was allocated one with no views. - Booked for 3 guests inclusive of breakfast, was demanded to pay breakfast for one. The staff at the hotel didn't understand after numerous explanations and asking them to inquire from the reception. - Staff kept coming to our table to clear it. I was rushed to complete breakfast yet I had kids with me. On asking, I was told they didn't have enough cups, make it make sense ?. I hated my experience. - There was only one badly stained and discolored towel yet I booked for three guests. - My room was on the fourth floor and the hotel has no lifts. - I was charged city tax which was not included in the app price.

The staff took action when needed. Bedsheets were dirty. There was miscommunication about the breakfast hour so we missed it (we both heard the breakfast is until 11). There was no hot water and the ac was not working which we informed the staff about. They couldnt fix it so we switched rooms. There was no hot water in the second room wither but at this point i was tired and like whatever. The bedsheets were also dirty in the second room. The bed was quite uncomfortable, i woke up with pretty bad back pain.
