The people at the hotel were exceptional from the front desk to the room service and the restaurant staff, they were more accommodating and friendly,helpful thanks to the manager and the staff it was pleasant stay.

Breakfast was nice. Some staff were helpful The Tv channels were non existent . Only one channel called for help like 5 times until Monica came to the rescue.

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The shower took too long to heat up and once it heated up it became too hot. The Tv has very few channels.

The breakfast was lovely, it tasted great on all the occasions I had it. The location is a bit crowded. WiFi connectivity could be a lot faster on some occasions.

The fact that my booking was not on their system even though I had received a written confirmation and they were fully booked. The lady at the reception had to call a taxi to take me to another hotel where I managed to get a room. This was just a very bad experience.
