The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance from the ferry and other tourist attractions. It is very clean, the meals are great, and the staff are exceptional - they went above and beyond, decorated the room beautifully for our anniversary, and gave us the best. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The reception desk staff especially Isabella and Diana. We were under curfew with no internet for a week and the airport was closed, the reception desk was very helpful in such trying circumstances

Clean room facilities and location One male reception staff treated in very impatient manner during my check-in. I wanted to change Hotel if possible due to his service, but no choice with my pre payment.

First time in Dar. I liked the central point of the water and central downtown. Also not to far from sights such as Coco beach.

We had a great overall stay and truly enjoyed our time at Four Points by Sheraton Dar es Salaam. While the staff were generally efficient, a little more warmth and proactiveness in their interactions would have elevated the experience further. However, this didn't significantly detract from our enjoyable visit.
