I ordered two rooms queen size rims with two queen beds I wind up with two twin for the same price y'all that they booked that I paid you for booking.com so every time I book a room I don't get the ones I want they always switched rooms and tell me the same price so I don't know what you got going on but you need to check with your hotel booking.com find out why they want to switch people around in their rooms I stayed because I already worked it but that won't happen again I will walk out and leave it now I need to get the right room for what you have me that I booked through you or y'all can find some other way to pay me back but I want to try it again on breaking.com I got one for Tampa Bay that's a handicap and it better be handicapped roll-in shower that's what I booked in Tampa Bay Florida so it better be that I'll put two rooms with two queen size beds in them they gave me twins and I cannot hardly sleep good on them at all and I told him and they gave it to me for the same price that I paid you for two queens so that's the way y'all do I don't want to do business with that hotel anymore y'all need to straighten it up or something else now because I paid you full price for queen beds not twin

I like the location of it and the design it's a very huge hotel I like the fact that they serve breakfast for free in the morning Two things I do not like about this place I think the plumbing needs to be upgraded cuz when you try to turn on the tub shower whatever you feel like you're going to pull it out of the wall before it actually turns out and the tub spout in the shower or not seal to the wall our discussion for the shower and I think breakfast could be served a little earlier than what it is that was the reason why I did not get breakfast when I left there this morning cuz I left at 6:00 they would have served breakfast at 6:00 I probably would have had breakfast but I think 6:30 is too late just for traveling purposes for me I like getting on the road early

Only thing that I liked it I was away from society The staff was very rude they wouldn't even let me go back up and get my Bluetooth they put me on a do not rent because I accidentally threw up in the lobby and cleaned up my own mess and I did not have a microwave in my room to warm up any of my food

Room was functional & no obvious issues with cleanliness External door was not fully secure, room had slight odour. The fire alarm battery required replacement & after maintenance visited, the fix was only temporary until it started chirping again in the middle of the night. Issues with not all plugs working required hair dryer moved to main room but not a clear fix that could have prevented a call to maintenance.

The property has a roach infestation. I came with my own cleaning supplies AND owlet

Front desk staff was easy to talk to and they helped when needed, overall great customer service there. Some of the room light switches didn't work, the electric sockets on the lamps were broken, no shower soap or shampoo, the shower itself was a little dirty. The room in general seemed dirty and not kept right.
