We arrived late, however, the front desk staff was amazing. The only complaint was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. Even though there were no smoking signs it smelled heavily of tobacco.

Staff was friendly but have very limited hours on property (0700-2200). Property has strong musty smell in halls and rooms. Low cost of room is reflected in general property condition and lack of staff and amenities. Clean enough to stay, but don’t expect much.

Everything i had an emergency in ny and I left on a Tuesday at 10:30am checked out and I paid for 7 days from Sunday to a Sunday and they wouldn't refund my money for 5 days I would never ever recommend them to anyone .

The room had musty mold odor and the plumbing did not work. There were stains all around the room. The staff were nice though

Found bugs in the bed and bathroom, hotel would not give a refund.

The refrigerator had mold all around the outside and the room smelled. They didn't serve breakfast or have a swimming pool. Only one person could hook up to the Internet per room. I had class work to do and so did the grandkids and we had to do it one at a time. Where do they do that at? I was told that I could go down to Motel 6 and book my room there and I would get my money back in 5-7 business days. I paid up front and needed my money back up front.

Rooms were very well maintained, loved the kitchen and staff was very helpful.

I did not like how rude the people were. I booked a reservation. I get there and they canceled my reservation because they said they wouldn’t take my pet because the pet was not included in the pet friendly. They only took dogs so left me in my pet in our hot car to sleep all night and still took our money and never refunded.

Nothing I didn’t realize it was a long stay motel when I booked I wouldn’t recommend unless u need a place to live The room,the beds are hard an very uncomfortable an groups of people standing in front of the building smoking

staff was nice frist room we got ac and tv didn't work.the second room the freezer gasket was broken.the shower would not cut off fixed it myself room smelled like urine if the AC was not on.inside of the hotel and rooms are clean . stairwells and parking lot has a lot of trash .need no trespassing signs around property so manager can run the people off the property if they're not guest.it wouldn't take much to turn this hotel around.you get what you pay for
