The staff was nice, the property clean.

Room was ok for the price.

Run down! The pictures on Expedia looked decent, but that was about it. The room was dirty. The curtains were a mess! I had to close the curtain in the door to keep people from being able to see into the room. The microwave had rice in it from the previous guest. The internet was horrible, so the tv didn’t work. The front desk was unresponsive by phone. I walked around to the office and no one came out for at least 5 minutes. There were people fighting in the room a few doors down that required the police. At night , there were a lot of people hanging around outside the room doors, kids and adults. The adults were smoking and/or drinking. Would give negative stars if available.

A total garbage can! Even Oscar would complain. The rooms were dirty. The curtains were barely hanging; we had to put the lamp against it to keep people from looking into the room. There was a leak from the ceiling bathroom vent that the technician said was not leaking. The refrigerator and microwave had to be replaced. The last night the power went out on one side of the room. No matter when I called or what the reason was, the front desk never did answer. LAZY front desk staff. The couple next door fought EVERY NIGHT to the point the police had to come. The other occupants hung around outside like feral cats. Was a last minute stay, otherwise would have definitely gone elsewhere.

This hotel is so cute and well maintained and at a great rate for an oceanfront hotel! Will definitely be back

Not only was the shower water cold, but it flooded the floors all the way to the front door, and we were in an accessible room which seemed dangerous in my opinion

The room was absolutely disgusting! The sheets were stained with blood and not a small dime size stain, mold in the bathroom, pretty much the entire room, the tub did not drain. The faucet felt like it was going to fall off the toilet did not flush. I was not in that room for more than 20 minutes. I was told I would receive a full refund for the room as well as my deposit of $100 and still have not received anything. They still have my set status as booked. I will be calling the health department and I don’t care if that room was a dollar it should be condemned. It is truly not habitable even for a couple of hours!

The property is well maintained. And the staff helpful and nice. We were disappointed that the pool was closed the entire time we were staying. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.
