Suburban Studios Daytona Beach - Speedway

Pretty much not a prestine place. New furnishings in the room but everything around it pretty bad. The microwave in the room was rusted out on the inside. The bathroom was pretty bad. Tub looked like it wasn't cleaned in years. I could go on but if you're lucky enough to get a mint condition room at this place then they must save it for special people!

Pool was closed for cleaning it looked like; but all in all, great stay for the price!

Pool closed, bathroom black mold , room damp and smelly no daily room service you had to get clean towels yourself completely opposite of what they advertise Choice Hotels made a terrible decision adding this to there choices

Several room changes due to dirty towels in room upon arrival and dirty very stained sheets and pillows one room television wasn't working staff weren't accommodating through any of these problems. During check in I was asked for a deposit that wasn't in fine print on the booking I called booking.com as we sat in the sun for a hour verified that no deposit was stated on the booking. After I made the deposit Several room changes due to dirty towels in room upon arrival and dirty very stained sheets and pillows two rooms toilets were full of bowel clogged one room television wasn't working staff weren't accommodating through any of these problems.

The location is under the flight path of the airport. The pool was closed (I was really looking forward to the pool). The TV signal crashed and never recovered. Manager did nothing about the late night banging on the door of someone nearby. Not a repeat location for me.

They wont clean up even if u leave there a month uuhhmmm, we stayed there for seven nights and they never cleaned up even one day, so the sheets were the same except the towels. They had told us that if you stay there more than three days, they will clean

Nothing. The Indian lady was rude all the way. The African-American was very polite and supportive, but that happened after the damage was done by the indian lady. 1: The rooms were a lot worse than in the pictures. It was a disaster. We cancelled our booking straight away and went to search for another hotel. 2: The indian lady said that she will not charge for the first night - good. Thank you. But she did charge us. And then she also charged us twice for random payments! Which doesn't match the booking at all! $334+$434. When I asked her why? she just replied: That is not charging, that is nothing, I didn't charge you for anything, but I got charged! They refunded everything after a week, but I had to involve our bank and that made us spend a night without a hotel, because we couldn't pay for the hotel, as all money was gone due to the "un-authorized transactions". Imagine that for a tourist in the foreign country with no money and left outside in the hot night inside the car!
