Muy buen hotel y la señora que limpia los cuartos la cual se me olvido pedirle el nombre pero muy excelente, hizo lo imposible para ayudarnos, el desayuno como muchos ya, congelado y muy poco barriado. De lo demás estuvo muy bueno.

Location Sofa bed contained bed bugs , reported it to staff and checked out immediately…. I was told a manger would call… still waiting !

I had to ask for extra towels, cause they never came to clean the room or restock it

Unfortunately the second we opened the door there was a very small bug crawling on the bed. Couldn’t tell if it was a possible bed bug or if it was a small roach. We were very uncomfortable. The hotel was not refundable otherwise we would have left.

Room was clean, it had an old closed up musty smell to it. Continental breakfast was average. Did not use any other amenities so can not attest to those. Floors could have been cleaner. Otherwise it was ok for a one night stay as we were passing through.

Do not get a room facing the street as low IQ buffoon motorcyclist will rev their engines as they come 9ff of the 95, it kept us awake from 11p-4a, the guests are very inconsiderate our suite mate decided to play a drum machine at 3a and had the volume all the way up.. never again! Room was musty and very humid

The air conditioner worked alright. The nasty roaches, the rude staff, the "hear- everything through" thin walls, and the fact that they ended the breakfast buffet a few minutes early just to give away the food to a random homeless man when paying guests were there waiting to make plates. Also they had no ice or vending machines on our floor.

They allow guests to be obnoxiously loud very late at 2 AM and the WIFI doesn’t work at all in the room.

It was nice. The front desk person was super nice. Place was very clean. The breakfast area was small and crowded where you get the food. There was no extra pillows or comforter for my son who was sleeping on the sofa bed. When we called they didn’t have pillows. The sofa bed was hard and not comfortable.

We only needed one night here and for the price it was very accommodating

We had reserved the room with two queen beds and a pullout sofa, and the room was incredible! It was very large with two sinks in the bathroom, which was perfect for our family of five! The breakfast was adequate and easy to access in the morning, the hotel is easy to get in and out of and the staff were helpful! We will definitely stay again when traveling through the area!

Property was clean seemed like a new hotel most of staff was polite Not enough parking, internet was a hassle, breakfast was bare, first day lady behind the front desk had a condescending attitude
