It was great being right in the heart of Deadwood with easy close parking. Loved the charm of the look and feel of an old hotel with all the modern conveniences of an elevator and room features of a microwave, small refrigerator, etc.
-
Excellent space in the room; quiet; historical history of the hotel; easy access to Main Street; convenient parking; complimentary drinks on main floor. Not really anything.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and safe. The hotel was historic but so very cleanly! A great location… quiet!

Great, convenient location. Easy, free parking. Connected to excellent restaurant for breakfast. Very helpful and accommodating staff.

Let the spirit lead you here! The staff were so nice and accommodating to let us park in the lot prior to the check in time. The included parking is so helpful in this small town with limited spaces. They also have complimentary coffee and soda in the lobby throughout the day. We were not in the room much and we only stayed one night, but the location cannot beat and the beds were comfortable. The Deadwood bus tour leaves from across the street and we highly recommend this as well - take the tour first thing after you arrive so you can learn about the Iron Horse Inn as well as other points of interest to visit on your trip. There was not a sofa or other comfy place to sit in the room besides the bed. Being an older building, you can also hear other guests quite often which is to be expected.

We enjoyed the unique historic property. The rooms were nice with high ceilings and windows. Parking on site and walking to everything downtown was great.

Great location to experience Deadwood. Definitely recommend.
-
Downtown Deadwood, nice historic building, friendly staff, close to everything Deadwood with most things in walking distance.
-
I loved the old historical feel of the entire place. They had the best bathroom toiletries for guests. The location was everything. Nothing

The location is great it was in walking distance to the Main Street. The only negative we have about the place is that the mattress was very lumpy.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The hotel is a historic building and as such it has some age to it. The bed while not awful was not the best and the shower left a bit to be desired. However it was a good stay and would stay again
