The facilities were clean but bathroom floor could have been better. The parking is free. But several streets away from hotel and my husband is handicapped. The worst we felt was having a very small standard room with absolutely no housekeeping and had to put our towels out for pickup and then go to front desk for more clean towels…. All this wonderful hospitality and OVERPRICED at $600++ a night. When I tuned in my keys never even got a thank you or come again etc..

Drawbacks street noise of traffic reving motors.. having to check out with a blown transformer Staff handled that well.causing a power outage.

Great location, steps from main street where all the cool shops /saloons were. Property was clean and looks new. Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Great continental breakfast. Pool was basic, but kids hstill enjoyed it.

Super nice and clean property. Elizabeth at the Front Desk was excellent! Breakfast was one of the best we experienced while traveling in the Black Hills. Great location with close by parking that was not an issue. Room was clean, modern and nice. Would go back!!

It was Sturgis week in Deadwood and we wanted a suite. The one we paid for was right above the Main Street. There was so much noise well into 2:30 a.m., we never slept the entire time and left a day early to stay elsewhere for sleep. We received no reimbursement! We were told “since the cleaning crew left we could not be checked out”. My suggestion would be to NOT open the rooms that extend over Main Street during this time!!

Hotel was great and it’s one of the best ones I have stayed at in Deadwood. It was my 4th year in row staying in Deadwood while down for Sturgis.

Everything was absolutely perfect except our rooms view. It was to the kitchen area and we had to keep our blinds closed which made it a dark room

The staff was friendly, our hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The free Breakfast was on until 10 am for the late risers. I would definitely stay here again!
