Four Points By Sheraton Seattle Airport South

Property was well maintained. Parking lot had a lot of light which I appreciate for arriving at night.

This room was not as advertised on Expedia. The pictures and text for this hotel say that there is daily housekeeping. No one ever came during our two-day stay. We asked for fresh towels, they never brought them. Pictures showed many safety grab rails in the shower. There were none. There also is no shelf or rack to put the bath towels on. You have to get out of the shower dripping wet and cross the room to the sink, where they are stacked below. We used their shuttle from the airport(SeaTac) which had more guests in it than it had seats. People were sitting on other guests laps to cram in. A definite safety hazard as no one could be belted in. There seems to be no manager here. If there is one, they are definitely not coming to work to see what goes on. It’s a very beautiful facility and sad that nobody seems to care how it operates. Although of minor concern, the tv signal breaks up every 30 seconds or so. It’s Directv so please, somebody aim the dish for heavens sake. Again, it’s the lack of attention to basic stuff.

As advertised. Great for a quick stay overnight or on a long weekend.

Please make sure that breakfast is included when you make a reservation. We thought it was included, so we made a reservation and paid for it. I think the policy between Expedia and the hotel is different.

I’ve never stayed in a hotel that was run like this. I was not happy and very disappointed.

Bed was dirty, covered in hair all over sheets, no proper sheet on one bed. Mold in washroom in shower, we switched rooms took over 45 min for them to switch us. Hallways had weird smell and was very strong, daughter left swimsuit in old room and we called and they said they would have someone check no one ever got back to us, called again they told me to go to findyouritems.com but we dont live in seattle so we left next day and asked again said she was getting someone to check and nothing happened so we just left as we had to travel home

Stayed at Four point Sheraton by Seattle airport for a night, the hotel looked okay but front lobby looked very dull and not very appealing. The rooms were nice and spacious, but not enough lights in the room.

close to airport with Shuttle. But Gym was lacking. Not enough weight training

The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. There were nice electric blinds to keep the sun out and the room dark. Good location, was quick getting to SEATAC airport.

Sunny days and the pool was nice. Restaurant staff was also great

Good hotel

Fairly new Hotel, clean and well maintained. The only issue is the Indian restaurant strong smell

I love the big window. I can see the airplanes all the time. And also the far away lake view~

No shuttle service available as advertised. When I called on the phone she did not inform me I needed to take a cab because all staff had called off. Waited 30 mins and called back to then be informed everyone had called off and he was all on his own and overwhelmed. I have not received any email letting me know I had been reimbursed as promised by the front desk yet for my cab. So now it's up to me to track it down. The man at the front did an amazing job all by himself checking in long lines of people. If I could remember his name I'd give him a shout out for not walking out with him being literally the only staff member available for such a large hotel.

The property was very clean.

Great stay! Large room with a comfortable bed. Great location close to the airport. Only thing that was disappointing is that only Indian food was offered for room service. It would have been nice to have other options.

The breakfast , although not free, was good at the restaurant.

I recently had surgery and the staff was so accommodating to help me with anything I needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room had a gorgeous view and everything on the property from staff to the room was excellent.

To make up for the situation, they offered us a complimentary dinner at the hotel’s grill, but they ended up charging us for that as well. Two weeks have now passed, and despite speaking directly to the hotel manager multiple times, absolutely nothing has been resolved. He constantly promises to look into it and call back, but there has been zero follow-through. Last time I called he even remembered my name and said "Is this Landon? Yeah I am still working on it, i'll call you back." I am leaving this review in the hopes that corporate customer service or a higher-level manager can reach out with the correct contact information to finally fix this, as the on-site management team has proven entirely unhelpful.
