Entrance is poorly marked and the parking was a very small lot. Didn't appear as it did online.

I picked this hotel as it had the free shuttle near Comerica Park where we went for the concert in town that night. The beds were comfortable and the shower had really hot showers. The room was small and the curtains wouldn't close properly so light came in and didn't make the room totally dark. The hallways were so hot it felt like they had the heat on. The carpets were dirty and smelled awful. For the size of the hotel the breakfast area had only 4 or 5 tables.

NA The bed frame was broken, hallways dirty and hot, tile in the shower was falling off. The clerk wasn't helpful. When I asked about the shuttle, they were no help. Overall just a poor experience.

The outside door was broke and unlocked for anyone to walk in. The tub had soap scum, hair, oh and water still left in it like someone had just finished! The metal soap holder in the shower was caked with soap residue and still had a sticker on it from a previous soap bar. The hairdryer caught a little fire then black smoke came out. There was no counter to put our toothbrushes or anything. There was stains in the carpet that looked like blood and one of the comforters had black spots on top of it! I wanted a refund and waited patiently for a week to hear back through email but since they didnt I will be posting this review everywhere for them to see. And I hate leaving bad reviews! But DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! The city of Detroit was cool though!

The breakfast was mediocre but ok other than that nothing Cleanliness doesn't exist. The staff talk down to you and treat you poorly. I was treated poorly by staff because I am a gay man and they asked me to leave, saying I went against a hotel policy, which I did not. I've never had a worse experience when staying at a hotel in my life. Save yourself the heartache and headache and never stay here you will regret it

It was in a good location. The alarm went off at 415 in the morning. The house keeper walked in the room without knocking.
