We only stayed for the night but the room was clean and had small water bottles offered complimentary. The Complimentary valet was a nice perk as well. Their fitness room is exceptional as hotel gyms go. We didn't go in the pool but it looked spacious and clean.

The property definitely showed that the rooms and common areas are in need of renovations. Many of the exterior doors and walls on the “concierge “ level had a lot of scuffs, shoe scrubs, and paint damage. The interior of the room was mostly clean, but dark. The bathroom was a good size with a huge shower and footed off water closet which was nice. The AC would not get below 70. Also had to call guest services two nights in a row for the same group partying on the other side of the thin walls. Overall the staff seemed less than enthusiastic, but I’m also comparing this MGM property to the ones I normally stay at in Las Vegas. Probably won’t be back as it was a very different vibe and less than impressive. Probably stay closer to central downtown where things were a bit livelier.

Front check in to check out excellent. Casino was fun and loved all the non smoking area. D-Prime staff and food was perfection!!! Valley parking was fast and professional!

The 1st room assigned to me had a bad smoking smell but was reassigned a second room which was OK. Had to make sure I waa not charged with incredential cost for someone else.

All was fantastic!

We had a nice stay at this property. For the price, the beds could be more comfortable, especially the pillows. The extra blankets looked cheap and pretty old. The service was good. They give you free bottles of water if you ask at the reception desk, which is great!

The hotel location was great. The casino had a separate room for smokers. The ambiance was nice. Nice size rooms. The room carpet was dirty. The hallway smelled like marijuana our entire stay. You have to get the parking ticket validated each time you get your car. Only 1 elevator worked the entire stay. You had to walk around to the service elevator. The price for a microwave in your room is $40 a night. The restaurants only serve breakfast in the morning.

Couldn't get in room for 3 hours after checkin time..elevators broken..unable to enter casino due to not being a member

Cleanliness of room and hotel overall was great! Staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Spouse lost her Primary ID. Had secondary ID with all the necessary requirements including photo and was a registered guest at the hotel, but was denied access to Casino. Couldn't get in even to use restaurants in casino area, the one we could access was closed, and we couldn't get room service at time of night. Since we had attended a concert in town, we ended up not having access to food at the hotel. We believe this is something that could have been handled a lot differently, since my spouse had a valid picture ID that wasn't a Drivers License, but was a CPL license, with all the pertinent information that should have been needed to safely enter the Casino. This inability to access the Casino made it impossible to hang out with the other couple we traveled with. I feel the hotel staff should have been able to assess the situation and accept the alternate ID, but no effort was made. I regret to say, but this will definitely affect my choice of whether to stay at this hotel in the future or not.

We were supposed to check in by 4:00. Came from out of town for a concert and couldn’t get in to our room until 4:45!!! I had to start getting ready in the lobby bathroom! Not happy!
